They try to sell you on anything and everything. They told me that I only need one spark plug replaced and that my drive line needed to be replaced. I took it somewhere else and they’re like nothing is wrong with your vehicle. They also told me about a year ago one of my sensors was out and it would be $200+ to replace them because they wouldn’t be able to tell which sensor was dead. Nope you can tell which one. They wanted more money out of me. I will not be going back for an oil change ever again.

I called and made an appointment for an oil and filter change and a transmission fluid and filter change for my Diesel Superduty. I found out that they never performed the full service that FORD recommends in their manual. They only flushed the transmission fluids. Why on earth would they do a service that Ford doesn't recommend? Disappointed customer!

Tenvorde tried to sell me a new battery $219.95 but my battery is only 3 months old, its just low because its my backup vehicle & its been sitting in the driveway. Tenvorde also tried to sell me new spark plugs that I replaced 10,000 miles ago at their main shop for $555.93. Tenvorde said I need a transmission flush $288.58 but my fluid was changed 2 oil changes ago. Tenvorde tried to sell me a coolant flush for $188.95 and it' was also changed 2 oil changes ago. Also said my tires are worn and they only have 6000 miles on them and they are Bridgestone 80,000 mile tire warranty tires. I asked if they get commission he said yes, than them he realized I did have all my work done in the main shop, he just took the techs word. Not impressed with this visit.

I wanted to reach out and recognize Chase Olson for his customer service as it was exceptional. While receiving a routine oil change at the Quick Lane over Memorial Day weekend, the service team ran into an issue.
Working with Chase and after necessary review and steps taken on both ends, a solution was developed that was satisfactory to both parties. Chase even took time on his day off to work on this resolution. Chase's communication and customer service was second to none. The excellent service I received under his management will keep me coming back to Tenvoorde Ford.

Quick and efficient, friendly staff, they don’t hit you with that doom and gloom list of work that’s really not an immediate concern (there’s a lot of shops that ALWAYS have 2-3 grand worth of work that “needs to be fixed immediately”) Tim was really nice & patient as I had to switch the kids car seats from my truck to my wife’s car! Quick oil change shops get a bad rep, and for a lot them it’s well deserved… but not QuickLane, they're a unicorn!

I'm trying to right my wrong here by admitting I messed up! You always have been good to me but I had a coupon so I just couldn't resist. I went to a competitor down the street, and even with the coupon I paid $20 more for an oil change and didn't even get a tire rotation. I'll never do that again, and I'll see you back in 3-4 months!

Visited their website to get updated price quotes for replacement tires on the 3 brands I had received quotes for a couple months earlier and to schedule an appointment for installation asap, roughly $1150. Chat box immediately popped up before I could start to navigate the site so I told the lady chatter what I was looking for, my name, vehicle info, email and cell number. This was just after 5pm Wed 12/21. Received a text message within 3 hours from Sam, telling me the service department was closed and someone would contact me the following day with the requested quotes. I responded with more details and thanks. Haven't heard anything more from anyone at Tenvoorde's and it's 5 full business days later, not including the observed holiday of Monday 12/26. I purchased this vehicle from them and received the original quotes while getting an oil change there this fall. I ended up getting my tires from another local tire shop that was responsive, professional, affordable and got me in for installation within hours of initial inquiry and had me back on the road in about an hour. Disappointed that I wasn't valued as an existing customer by this established local company (that I purchased this vehicle from less than 22 months ago) enough to even make a phone call that would have resulted in a sure sale. Poor customer service, I recommend going elsewhere.

Had oil change done in the quick change lane. Afterwards there was a hood sensor alarm on the truck, Russ told me this was not their problem and that I was going to have to schedule with the other service department. I was also on the hook for paying for an issue that was not an issue prior to service.While in the waiting room during the oil change there was a customer that called in and was talking to a "new" employee, he wanted to transfer her to Russ who ignored the transfer and proceeded to explain that he would get back to her when it was convenient for him. There was nobody other than myself in the quick lane area at this time. She called back about 5 minutes later and he was very short on the phone with her and insisted that he would take her number and call back, after getting off the phone there was a discussion about what a "pain" she was.Service: Oil change

Terrible customer service provided by Russ in the Quick Lane area. Not only were there issues with my truck when I left that were not there when it went in but also witnessed Russ ignoring a customer on the phone until she finally called enough times to be helped. He seemed to be training a new guy, hopefully the new guy has a better mentor or issues will only get worse. I will be servicing elsewhere from now on
