I did not have a very good experience with Ralph's. After spending nearly $4000 dollars on a problem they diagnosed. The problem with my vehicle still persists. I rescheduled for them to look at my car again and they decided it was a low priority that day and did not get to looking at my car while it was there. I feel I wasted my time bringing my car to Ralphs and I wonder now about what I was charged to fix a problem with my car that remains a problem with my car. There's a word for people like this... I wouldn't let Ralph's work on a wheelbarrow.

Brought our old vehicle in for an oil change. Made it very clear I wasn’t trying to spend any more on this as I knew the check engine light was on. Fast forward to getting the vehicle, wife came out and showed me the receipt. $131 for an OIL CHANGE!!! I guess we learned the hard way.

Very nice people to work with. Honest, upfront explain everything that needs to be done with cost of repairs and labor before doing it. Which is great no oh crap I cant afford that surprises. Choices are yours as to what you want them to fix or save for a later date

Very good at checking my car out. Very fair price for fixing my car compared to the $1000 Granite City wanted to charge me! I will definitely go back to Ralphs.

I won't go anywhere else in town. In part, because Jason is always willing to have a conversation about what's wrong and help prioritize what needs to be fixed and what can wait. I also have complete confidence that they will take the time to diagnose an issue properly rather than sell me expensive parts in the hopes it will be resolved.
