5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Jesse!
This place is a nice little store. Jesse the Asst Manager was very helpful, kind and explained things well, to understanding my shoe/boot size and comfort. He had to check into others stores to find what I needed, as they only had one of two boots for women in stock. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
BUT as for Redwing themselves, thats why the 2 ⭐️⭐️. They need to step it up a bit on woman's work boots. Over 100 pair in the store and only 6 were womens! Really!?
We are in the trades too. We work next to and with the men with our steal toes on. I would love more options! As I needed to have 6 inch, puncture resistant. With only TWO pair to choose from, two! Of 6.
One pair that was a hiker, it was so uncomfortable, stiff and hit every annoyance spot on my feet. ( no i do not have odd feet).
The other, which are black 8 inch boot and nothing of comfort compared to the brown ones, due to material. They do not flex as well, they are honestly hurting my feet( wks later). They are hot, stiff and no need for 8 inches of collar.
The insoles suck! If Redwing wants to make an impression in the world- step up your game on women's boots. We do need work boots, also!

Went for work boots, and left with boots. Jesse was very knowledgeable about the products he sells. Very prompt with his services. Definitely a good place.

Had a fantastic experience getting new boots for me and my son. We both have large wide feet and we were able to get boots in stock at this store. Plus the gentleman helping us were AWESOME! Highly recommended!!!

It has been a few years since I have purchased a pair of Red Wing boots. I bought a pair recently and had a concern about my purchase. Long story short they took care of me and my boot problem. When they say they want to get you into the correct boot they mean it. If you are looking for great customer service, a knowledgeable sales team, and great selection of boots stop in here and give them a chance.

Just recently bought myself a pair of boots... They took a 3D scan of my foot to suggest a size, as for the ones I got they fit great offer free laces for life and the customer service they provided was excellent would definitely recommend

I contacted Red Wing corporate office looking for a specific pair of boots. They told me to contact this location, inventory showed they had a pair. I contacted the store and I purchased the boots over the phone within 2 days the boots had made to my home in North Carolina. Outstanding customer service.
