Red’s was and will always be the best movers we've hired. We had a few pretty horrendous experiences prior to going with Red’s, we will always go back to them for moving! Respectful, kind, and careful movers, and Kim made our entire process of moving super easy! Would highly recommend!

Kim and the team at Red's that moved me were fantastic. Kim was so helpful in explaining exactly what my charges were for. The movers they sent were very professional and listened to direction so well. I have moved many times in my life and going through the process with Kim was so simple. She was very easy to reach and accessible for my questions. I was so pleased with my experience with Red's Transfer. Thank you!

We received outstanding moving service and unmatched flexibility with our moving/closing date changes from Jeremy and the entire staff at Red's Transfer & Storage for our local home move. Throughout the process, the people at Red's went out of their way to make sure we received the best moving experience possible. From our first phone call inquires with John, to Kim stopping by our house to assess what needed to be moved and providing us a fare estimate, to Jeremy making adjustments to fit our move into their schedule when we faced several unfortunate closing date changes. Also, when it came to the actual days that they moved our items out of our old house and into our new house the crew from Red's was extremely hard working, friendly and careful. They are true professionals and highly experienced in this area. We highly recommend Red's Transfer & Storage for anyone that needs help with local home moving assistance in the St. Cloud, MN area and beyond!

We are so very grateful for the service provided by Red's Transfer. Throughout the moving process, from the kind, knowledgeable telephone assistance in the planning stages from Kim, to the fantastic young men who provided the muscle to do the job on moving day, we couldn't be more happy. Brock, Greg and Shawn were tasked with moving a baby grand piano and other heavy items to our new home, and they accomplished it with thoughtfulness and tender loving care. Each young man continued to work throughout the process to maximize time and they did so in a professional and pleasant manner. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the service we received and I highly recommend Red's Transfer Company for your moving needs.

I can’t say enough good things about these folks. This was a move from Arizona to Minnesota and from start to finish it was professional, smooth, friendly. Everything arrived exactly as it left. And in a timely manner. The customer service was outstanding. The driver fantastic. I’ve moved many times. This was by the easiest one yet.

This was our 5th move with them over the last 10 years! Reds has been a staple with making moves very smooth! I am so appreciative to the office end and the movers hauling the stuff! Don't ever hesitate to have them be your number 1 choice!

Red's was a dream to work with. They packed securely and efficiently. The crew that hauled everything out of our old home and into our new home were very respectful of our space and overall so pleasant to have around. Red's would be highly recommended by our family.

Red’s moved us last weekend. Everything about our experience was positive. Jeff came to our home to develop an accurate estimate of what our cost would be and to assess how many trucks and crew members would be needed. The crew was punctual, polite, friendly, and very professional. They took great care with all of our things, and worked hard the entire time. It was clear that they have a lot of experience, and it was clear that they enjoy working together. I would recommend them without hesitation.

They won’t give an estimate or quote without doing an in-home assessment. Arranged a date & time for following Monday. They wanted to know if we could do it sooner, explained we’d be out of town (actually out of the state for Thur & Fri). While we were out of state I got 2 messages saying they could do the house walk-through Thur or Fri. When Monday comes, 30 min past the time they were supposed to be here (2:00), I called to find out the receptionist/scheduler didn’t put our appt on the salesperson’s route for the day. She then asked if he could still come later that day. I asked what time and she said she had no idea because she couldn’t reach the sales person. So she was assuming he could come later but no idea when. Set up appt for following morning at 8am SHARP. Next morning, 15 min past 8:00 still no sign of sales person OR call saying he would be late. I called the office and the receptionist had no idea why he was late. I told her to call him and have him turn around as I had lost all faith with the this company!!! Good luck if you choose Red’s moving service because it’s basically a crap shoot when and if you’ll get their service

Staff at Red’s exceeded our expectations. Kim helped us know how to pack and the movers, especially Christian, were incredibly efficient. They were considerate of our time, property and possessions. All of our things arrived on time and in perfect condition.

I have moved more than 20 times in my professional career within the US, Japan, Singapore etc. I must say Red's team in St. Cloud, MN, is truly the best. They were professional, thoughtful, careful and patient. They took care of my furniture and goods with tremendous care during the initial packing and in their warehouse. Eventually when I took possession of my goods 6 months later, I was pleasantly surprised that virtually everything arrived with no damages.
The team is fantastic, the owner, Jeff, is great to work with. I am very thankful for their high quality of work and would highly recommend Red's.

Booked a cross country move. Team was very accommodating and worked hard to hit our dates. That initial process was positive. After that it goes down hill. Day of the load the crew leader had to leave to survey another move versus continue our inventory. Stuff showed up not inventoried or stickered. Description on inventory was less than helpful, did not including the room it came from. Furniture was not shrink wrapped or wrapped in blankets except for a table while being sent to storage. Missing sections of a bed and totes missing. Boxes labeled fragile damaged. I called to let them know of the gaps in the process, we were made to feel like because they met my dates they can slack on processes or it wasn’t a big deal the inventory was off. They even had to add a sheet to our inventory in storage because of the missing numbers on inventory and the driver couldn’t take the load with missing information. The remainder of the move with the contract driver was phenomenal.
