I had the best experience purchasing a ring from the St.Cloud location. The customer service was amazing. We were greeted with a smile each time we entered the store while shopping around for the perfect fit! They were very knowledgeable about a variety of rings and other pieces in the store. Each time I’ve had my jewelry cleaned there they were fast and friendly! Anna and Mateo(I think that’s his name-he was the only male staff there) were so helpful!!!

Used to be a great store. When we got my ring almost 8 years ago they truly cared and made time for you. Now I go in to get my ring cleaned per their requirements for warnety and get treated like trash because they can't be bothered if I'm not spending money. Was told to just leave my ring on the open counter (were anyone could grab it) and they would get to it later. I chose to wait till the lady could take it . I chose to wait till she could take it personally and She just tossed (literally tossed) it into the drawer then I come back and my ring is still dirty after she cleaned it and once I get home while putting away the shopping the big diamond fell off. So clearly she didn't truly clean or check my ring. This was the manager Michelle that treated me this way. If I can't trust you to take care of my most valuable possession. Then I for sure won't be bring you any more business and may be forced to drive twice as far to have my ring maintained. Seriously if I could leave a negative star review I would. This was completely unacceptable.

What a great jewelry store! I know there are a few others in this mall but Riddle’s is by far my favorite. Kenny was friendly and helpful, did a great job presenting pandora and very clearly loves what he does - a true professional.

I was looking for a special bracelet. Michelle assisted me. We needed to do a special order on it. Michelle kept me informed through the whole process. It even arrived 2 weeks early! It is exactly what I wanted and I love it! I highly recommend Riddle’s Jewelry in St Cloud.
