I had visited River Station for years, regularly, for a variety of products.Several staff were very friendly. Then, I began to notice a lot of loitering outside, where a bench was provided, seeminly inviting people to just hang out. Lots of sketchy exchanges happening with staff appearing unconcerned to activity right outside their door.Then, there was a robbery. It was shocking, but somewhat predictable. Women working solo here is dangerous. Because I'd been a loyal customer, I went in and told the manager I wouldn't be coming anymore due to the lack of security there.It's been years, but I decided to stop in again and check out any changes. I was looking for a product but wanted pricing and product info. I was the only person in the store. The guy was not knowledgeable on the product and prices were higher than where I've been going. I didn't get what he wss saying,and ultimately, I purchased a product totally not what I'd asked for. He was clearly rushed, and his attention turned from helping me to another patron coming in.I'm done, for good. I want to say, one of the beautiful women who work there is very helpful and knowledgeable, as is the owner. Just not consistent and sketchy people still hanging out in cars in the lot. Best of luck for improved safety and service.
