The prices are great but the quality is terrible.
I also was surprised as to the fact that when I and others walked in, we were dismissed by staff who would rather sit on the counter on their phones than help guests. Not a huge deal but something to think about.

Love Rue 21. Great experience there were a lot of people working getting new product out. The store was getting ready for all the back to school shoppers truly enjoyed my time spent in the store.
