Despite what they say their motto and family values are, I don't believe they actually care about them. I have experienced the exact opposite of what they say and show to the public. I was terminated from my installer position suddenly and without warning while not having a single negative issue or review my entire employment for made up reasons. This was during a slow time and immediately after a big project was delayed indefinitely and just days before Thanksgiving. Despite being reassured to my face by my boss that these made up reasons were not true and there was an error. He later changed the story and cutoff communication to cover themselves. They say they pride themselves in loyalty, family and NO layoffs. I have 2 different signed terminations letters to prove they do in fact have layoffs AND don't mind making stuff up.. SCR is a liar and refuses to discuss this with me though I'm free and just want closure for what was an extremely bad experience. I recommend caution when doing business with them. Students beware, at the end of your contract, most of you will probably be let go..

Sorry to say Dave was nice but ignorant, had to fill out a customer profile, deal with a credit manager and then several days later they say they don’t service the area anymore ! Funny their here weekly, truly a company not willing to provide licensing only billing expectations without any integrity!

Bad very bad service ever. I have never seen like that before in my life. They never called you and did appointment. They came as they like and they not let you know. If you are not there, they will charge their waiting time too. So they can get more time and more money from you. They came late . They took very very long time to finish the job . They over charged me a lot. They took my hand and my legs. So bad. How bad ?
