The young man hooked up the trailer to my vehicle and unhooked it upon returning. I even bought a ball hook from there and paid less than at the retailers.”

“I was disappointed that leg of hallway cabinet wasnt put on . Bit heavy for me to attach . Also found a huge scratch on my desk table . Disappointing but i do understand i should expect some damage . The clock still had the heavy binder on the chains and it was hard to get off for me but thats my problem . All said you were very friendly and helpful and i thank you .”

“I have rented from this organization for a few years, only yesterday May 4, 2022 have I ever encountered a serious issue with my storage unit.Someone actually cut my lock off my unit to ransack and vandalize my stored family goods in my unit. The vandals put their own lock on my unit obviously to return and remove my family’s and my own stored items, I assume they could tell anyone who might ask where they got odds and ends of furniture etc they attended an estate sale or auction. I took the vandals lock off of course and put a lock of my own back on after I took photos and made a police report. I called the manager this morning at the main office only to find out this happened to another renter too that had goods stolen but my thoughts are this, if thieves or vandals have been known to have broke into the Storage Units why was no notice given to unsuspecting renters like myself so I could of went sooner to check the security of my unit. I am an old lady, I don’t drive but my kids would have drove to check my unit.A policy should be put in place to notify renters to check their units if people are breaking into the units to steal or vandalize the contents in the storage units. I don’t blame the managerment, you know this happens everywhere , I read the newspaper you know but a policy of notifying the renters of theft/vandalism issues should be a policy of good faith by the owners and managers of the Premier Storage Units. I have never had any issue like this before and there is always room for improvement so I am posting this review to increase awareness and hopefully encourage a policy of alerting renters to check on the security of their Storage unit if any break-ins are ever reported. I am sorry this happened to myself and other victim of these thieves/ vandals. Sincerely Mrs.Lee.”

“Jenna was awesome to work with! I’ve rented a cargo trailer a couple of times now. Most recent was this weekend for in town. I picked up and trailer checked out fine. I got to Sauk Rapids to start filling it and got a flat tire. Called roadside assistance and they struggled finding someone to fix remotely on a Saturday morning. I unhitched trailer and went back to U-Haul and Jenna took excellent care by sending me with another trailer. Meanwhile roadside assistance hooked up with Andy’s towing to get the first unit brought back to the location. Unideal situation on moving day, but Jenna, her team and Andy’s towing made the best out of the situation. Thank you all!”
