“The facility was very clean and had a professional look to it; Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable.
They had my rental van pulled up front and ready to go, nice and clean! They also gave me a run down of everything I needed to know (fuel level, if I need more time, etc.)
Returning the equipment was great! The process was easy and the employee was sure to ask how my overall experience was! Very professional!”

“Very inexpensive and convenient. I rented the trailer at 10am, drove to Duluth, picked up my son from college, and was back around 5pm. I didn't have to do anything. The young man hooked up the trailer to my vehicle and unhooked it upon returning. I even bought a ball hook from there and paid less than at the retailers.”
“We rented a storage unit for 2 years. The unit was clean and the perfect size for what we needed. The management was extremely helpful even when we had to come after hours. The security was good and we never worried about our things being stolen or damaged. We highly recommend this place!”

“In 2008 we had a house fire & had to store what was salvageable. They came to the office after hours so we had a place for our leftover treasures.
2014 I had to flee a violent domestic relationship. Again, Premier was right there to help & they always seem to have units for availability right then & now!
2019, lost my job due to COVID & could not afford my place anymore & had to move on short notice. I knew I had nowhere to go & would be homeless. I did get into Salvation Army emergency shelter & once again Premier had availability, they are also the most affordable place for storage.
5/31/2026, I've been at my current apartment since December 2020 but ALL my things from 2019 storage (3 bedroom duplex to my new-maybe 500 feet 1 bedroom apartment.
Needless to say, I am decluttering, give things on my Facebook groups, what I have now are all family herilumes that I refuse to part with & still really do not have the space here for them.
