The store was extremely messy. It was around noon/1p. Shoes all over the floor. Many areas couldn't tell where to find the shoe as the display was not near the boxes. I thought maybe they had been busy with back to school shoppers, but looking at reviews, this is to be expected. No one greeted or talked to me. I'm not sure how many customers vs employees there were. There were a couple people I thought were employees, but no one ever offered assistance so not sure. I understand customers are messy, but not sure if the store is getting cleaned up after customers. Shoes on the floor I think we're possibly clearance? Also saw shipment boxes in the middle of aisles. It was difficult to find anything and didn't want to trip on anything so decided to go elsewhere. If it was easier to shop, might be a nice place to go, just needs to be cleaned up better.

My boyfriend and I walked in the store to look at shoes for him, we never got greeted when we walked in, then we never got help while we were in the store, bad customer service, I work customer service and I’ve never treated customers like this. Never ever got greeted, there was shoes all over the floor, major trip hazards. I’ll never go back in the store, need to retrain your employee and manager, you going to lose a lot of customers cause your employees never acknowledged any customers that came in.

We just had a terrible experience in the shoe dept at cloud mall. The sales lady was terribly terribly rude. We had asked where a certain shoe was and then asked for the second to try on both and then buy. She made it clear we were a bother. We spoke three times and all three times the response was with an eye roll, sigh and harsh tone. Never experienced such blatantly rude, not very nice sales person. We left and are purchasing the shoes from a different store.

Store is always a mess. No one willing to help...too busy talking about their weekend. Sale prices on shoes marked out. Multiple pairs now priced at 20 to 30 dollars above the marked out sale prices on the same shoes...SCAM!!

Visited the store the other day to buy a new pair of boots. The employees working were very helpful and pleasant. The store was clean and orderly. Will definitely be going back

Today I witnessed the manager telling an older hispanic couple that this is America and she didn't understand them! They asked for a size 22. It was very rude and uncalled for!

First of all ,the store is a mess and yes ,they have good prices but just be careful when you pay ,they charged me $40 on a pair that was marked in $30. I notice a couple of days later and it didn't make sense to drive over an hour for just $10 .-

The most messy unorganized store I have ever been in. The ceiling is falling in , there are shoes everywhere , you can't walk without tripping over somthing and staff did not talk to us . The boxes under the shoes are not the ones shown and it looks like a horders house. Will never go back. There's no way this store is up to fire code .

This place is a hot mess. BUT that being said, I found the shoes I needed for my kids at a good price. They are clearly understaffed and people don't care to clean up after themselves while trying on shoes. The selection is huge. I feel for these workers, I understand what it's like to work retail and be short handed. It's hard to constantly keep a store this huge with this amount of shoes well organized when customers clearly don't care to help clean up after themselves

I requested to hold on while I looked at my shoes again due to trying on so many pairs, The older lady at the register, I think her name is Colleen was extremely rude! Pushing my box towards me, then when I made a comment she said "you can leave" the one coworker bigger guy in his late 20's early 30's refused to give the rude lady's name, said he had other things to focus on. The younger guy was very nice and helpful. I left without my $150.00 purchase! I have bought many shoes from this place, never again! They lost a good customer due to a worker that is in the wrong field

The staff seemed very nice, the shoes are at a decent price, but you have to wait at the checkout for them to go get the pair to your shoes that you are buying. The store usually has a mess to walk around, but overall a good place to find shoes. I really like the variety of shoes they offer.
