The staff here is awesome!! They were extremely friendly and helpful. I am VERY picky...I ended up having to get a whole new pair made because the fit on the first wasn't quite right. I went in several times for tweaks to get the perfect fit and each time they were happy to help, very professional. If they were annoyed by my constant need for tweaks, they didn't show it. Absolutely recommend! And both pairs of glasses were in in less than 2 weeks.

Came in because my eyes see colors differently and also thought they are giving me migraines, didn’t know who to talk to and was immediately asked to sit down. I was met with a lady whom didn’t say anything expect to ask for my info like address, age, phone number and such. She messed up my name 6 times after spelling it out and the entire time smacked her gums loudly mouth agape chewing gum. Never once asked me what I'm feeling or what’s wrong with my eyes. Handed me an appointment card and sent me on my way.

Staff are really rude, i do not recommend coming here at all, bad experience both times, my child is not fully blind but can see things close up but not far away, staff thought she was lying how she couldn't see, needs new staff and nicer staff. staff treat you like your slow 😠 IM NEVER BRINGING MY CHILDREN HERE AGAIN!!!!!!

I asked for help for my glasses that are damaged from sleeping with them on, and a young man named David helped me and fixed my glasses, he was very kind and helped me a lot, I thank him very much.
