We worked with Amanda to buy our Sleep Number bed. She was so knowledgeable and kind during the whole process. She helped us pick out sheets and everything to go with the bed since we upgraded the size to a king. Would definitely recommend this store for a wonderful experience.

Our experience at Sleep Number in St. Cloud was great! Amanda was knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us determine which bed would be the best for us. All of our questions were answered and the time flew by when we were in store. We left happy with the experience and purchase.

Sales people at Sleep Number outlet really push the fact that you try your new bed for X amount of days. If you don't like it in that amount of time you can return it. What they don't tell you is that there is a $250 pick up fee if you want to return it. Customer service for sleep number also neglects to tell you about the $250 return fee when you are scheduling the pick up of your mattress. We found this all out when we Googled if there a return fee for Sleep number. We wanted to know why we were not getting our full amount paid back. Honesty is the best policy!!

Got a king size bed back in 2011. 1 chamber has a leak now, but because sleep number changed how it is packaged in 2022 so I have to pay for 2 insert chambers. Customer service is horrible! 1st call got put on hold and no one ever came back and didn't call me back. 2nd call was told i had to purchase parts to troubleshoot, and when I said I wouldn't she changed her story and said they were free. No one took any notes from my calls so I had to explain everything 4 times to 4 different people. UNBELIEVABLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ordered a coffee table, and it took several weeks longer than originally told. When it arrived, it was in many pieces to assemble, like Ikea furniture. Very disappointed that I shopped at a furniture store and had to assemble so many pieces. Eight boxes, 29 pieces, 48 screws - 2 1/2 hours later, and it's put together. I did ask, in one of my many calls, to check on the late delivery status, if I would need to assemble. I was put in hold for him to check. He returned and let me know that their would be about 4 bolts - 4, not a problem. The entire thing, that's a problem. In the end it is a nice coffee table. It's the assembly that and lack of knowing that it would be like Ikea that I give this a review of 1.

Do not order from them the customer service after delivery was terrible. We got the wrong mattress and we told the delivery drivers and the said to call customer service so we did. The said I we would pay and extra $700 for mattress that we thought they put on our order as I explained twice what we wanted. Had I known it was that much extra I would have gone elsewhere. Now they want to charge 249.00 to pick it up because they refused to admit they made mistake
