Had him replace a car door window after it had been smashed with a crowbar. It slams shut after he replaced it and he will not warranty his work. He says he doesn't know what slams shut means and says someone stuck a screwdriver down there and bent something. He was the one that bent something. He says he doesn't care about bad reviews.

He came to my house right away after calling Tom. He gave me a reasonable cost to both of my vandalized vehicle's. However, the broken shattered glass was still there, they didn't vacuum the vehicles.

Nick is both a very talented installer and a very nice young man. He was efficient w/ his actions and the install looked great when he was finished. If I ever need a new windshield, I will call Specialized Auto Glass!

So the glass their using is extremely poor quality and not very durable. Personally I think the glass cracked it’s self from poor placement as I barely drove the car in two months, but was told it was from a small rock which it didn’t look like at all. I think if your glass can barely hold up for 60 days you should replace it. I will never use this company or their crude customer service again and will make sure to tell every person I work with of their horrid service. I recommend getting better vendors who know how to properly make durable windshields.

Replaced my back window within 12 hours of calling them. Also vacuumed all the glass in and outside of the car. Super reliable and great to work with.

I recently had the rear window of my car replaced by Specialized Auto Glass and upon inspecting the car after the work was done, there were fresh scratches on the trunk lid. I am very meticulous about my vehicles so I know they were not there prior to getting the window replaced. Something obviously happened during the process of removing the old window or putting in the new one to cause the scratches. When I contacted them about it, they denied that anything happened and the only solution they offered was to include it in my insurance claim or see if the scratches would buff out. Definitely not impressed with the integrity of this company. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your auto glass replacement needs.
