If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ordered some dog food that originates literally less than 100miles from my residence. We're going on day 4 of not being delivered, and if they don't deliver on weekends, it'll be almost a week minimum to travel ~52 miles.Absurd.edit: their support said this morning they would ask the driver if they could deliver *tomorrow*.Unacceptable.

You delivery driver can't do his job and make your customers do his job for him. I looked up your requirements and if he can't lift 40 lbs I don't understand how he has a job. I have my job and I'm doing it why do I have to stop my job to do his?

The only consistent thing about their service is that it’s inconsistent. If you’re shipping something and it doesn’t matter when it needs to delivered, they are the right ones for the job. They’ll probably get it there a day faster than usual that time. If you ever need something by a deadline, they will find a way to take an extra couple of days with the time sensitive item, even if you order it with a flaw days to spare. And then they will definitely show up at he end of the day the day it is delivered. Since they’re coming from St. Cloud it’s always a mystery when they’ll arrive, if they arrive at all. Tracking will say that a package is out for delivery for several days before it’s actually delivered.They have delivered several packages to my work without incident. They just have a way of always screwing up a delivery when it’s a time sensitive package. Probably atleast once a week.

I’m not a customer, but very surprised to see that a deilevery driver in my neighbor was going 35-40 down a neighborhood where kids were on the street! I then pull out and he happens to get behind me and I’m going 25, as there are kids everywhere and he continues to tailgate me so bad and then pass me in the neighborhood! I drive behind him to find what company this guy works for and he flips me off !!!! This guy going 35-40 in a neighborhood flips me off! I understand it’s speedy but in a neighbor hood is crazy, and to then tailgate someone as close as he could get was very scary. I thought he was going to hit me.

This company does not even deserve one star! The drive was rude and swearing at me as he drove into my driveway 100 MPH and my dog was out barking at him and I could not get the driver to wait for me to put my dog inside the house - instead he yelled and swore at me my dog and proceeded to throw 6 boxes (4 of which were labels FRAGILE) at my dog! Hitting my 45# dog and making him bark more! I told the drive to wait a minute and I'd put him away before he took my boxes out but swore at me and continued to throw the boxes at us and then zoomed out of my driveway alway hitting my dog as I yelling at him the dog was right behind him. He could have parked on the street and put the boxes at my mailbox instead of all of this! I would never recommend this company or driver in Truck # 2770 Delivering at 5pm on 5/30/2023.

Horrible customer service. As happened today, we are occasionally told, without reason, that there would be no pickup. The driver didn't just drive by toady, he cut right through our parking lot - so 5' from our building. Blasted right through. After 12 minutes on hold with customer "service" I was told there would be no pickup today. Speedee also refuses to buck up and pay to update their software to accommodate a rather large user out of the Chicago area that i know is used by at least three distributors in the Twin Cities. One star is too many.

Had a package shipped to me through Speedee from Wisconsin to Minnesota. Should’ve taken one day to arrive, and I needed it urgently.Package said it was out for delivery. I waited hours past their usual delivery time and then called asking if they have any details. I was informed that it was on the delivery truck, but they could not reach the driver, so it would “probably be there soon.”2 hours later, still no package so I call again and ask for an update. This time I’m told it’s not on the delivery truck, but it’s at their facility located an hour away from me…Since I needed the package urgently, I asked if I could come pick it up at their facility. They informed me that I could. I make it 50 minutes into the 1 hour drive and receive a phone call - they can’t find the package at their warehouse, so it will be delivered in 3 days (no weekend delivery).I drove two hours for nothing because they can’t give me an accurate answer on the status of the package. I would have been fine (but disappointed) with a “it won’t be delivered today” response, but instead they wasted hours of my time, and now I’m missing a part that was urgently needed.I had another package I ordered from Speedee last year as well - also from Wisconsin. I specifically ordered it with 1 day shipping (and paid quite a bit extra…), and it took over 1 week to come… I could have driven to Wisconsin and back on the same day.Avoid them if you can.

Came to the reviews to see how much hope there is that my mother will actually recieve her gift and it looks very slim... the person I went through who says he uses this service regularly has never had issues before. And from what I've read, it's either great and fast delivery or it's a lost cause.... My mother's unique handmade gift was supposed to arrive last Sat but Mon at the latest and seeing the reviews, I am very concerned it's never going to get to her.... I hope this changes in the next couple days. I will update my review if it does. Just very disheartening to see it's likely not going to get to her. I was so excited about this Mother's Day gift.

Customer service is a joke! If you call be prepared to be on hold for at least a half hr and be told a different story every time you call. Speedee was my go to delivery service for my small buisness for years but after this experience we will never use them again. I'd rather pay a little extra for shipping somewhere else and know that our one of a kind artwork will arrive to the customer on time or even arrive at all! If I could give zero stars I would.

Claimed they delivered a package but had no proof of delivery other than the note by the driver "left at front door" no photo of delivery. But they don't care if the package got to me or not because quote "you are not our customer and you are not paying us".

Worst experience I've ever had with a shipping company. I ordered parts to fix my car's broken windshield wipers on the evening of 2/28, and according to the tracking info, Spee-Dee picked up the package the next day, 3/1. They then proceeded to do nothing with it for the next six days. On the morning of 3/7, the tracking page said it was out for delivery with the location listed as St Cloud. Great! I'm only 90 minutes away, so I was hopeful it would make good progress on its way to me. However, nine hours later, the package was scanned into their system as having arrived back in St. Cloud. Did they just drive it around the city on a truck all day? How is it possible for them to have had nearly a week to plan a delivery for this and still managed to take it on a nine hour drive that ended right back where it started?Today, 3/8, marks one week since they picked up my package, and no further updates have been made to the shipping status since they delivered it back to themselves yesterday. My windshield wipers remain broken and I can't drive my car in the snow or rain until the package arrives, but there is no indication that it has made any progress at all in the week that Spee-Dee has been in possession of it.Update: It's now 6pm on 3/10 and there has still been no further progress on my delivery. They don't deliver on weekends, so the absolute earliest they could get it to me now would be 3/13, twelve days after they originally picked up the package.

Been waiting on a package for well over a week now. Been on hold for about 6 total hours with zero contact with anyone who can tell me where my package, that says it's been out for delivery for 5 days, actually is.

Package never showed up. first they said it fell behind the drivers seat and was misplaced but found and it would be delivered before 5pm witch didn't happen. the second time i called after a hour on hold he said he would get ahold of the driver and get back to me witch didn't happen either.

I don’t know where they get their ideas for dropping off packages! But in the last year I’ve had 5 deliveries one was left in the ditch out by the road one was left on the side walk halfway between my house and garage one was left in the driveway and the other was left under the left rear wheel of my vehicle and the last one was actually left on the deck in front of the door. It’s too bad when you order something from a business you can’t choose the shipping company. Because they choose the cheapest which results in the worst delivery drivers.

I have used this service 3 times and 2 out of the 3 times they were late and this time it is going to cost me some business... I am a small business owner and I can not afford to loss customers because the shipping service didn't deliver the shirts to made on time they were being shipped from Chicago to Springfield a 3 hour drive Spee-dee left my package half way over night and then the next day which was only 1 hour away supposly left at 7 am told me they couldn't deliver until 5 pm. I had to have it to my customer by 5 pm for the Senior night game being played at 6 pm. NEVER AGAIN!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE
