Justin and his team helped us out of an arm loan many years ago when no bank would help us. They analyzed our credit reports, taught us how to clear up incorrect and incomplete reporting from creditors which eventually lead to a new mortgage. Since then they followed up and locked in a great mortgage and rate when they were rock bottom and most recently another loan. Great service with no frills no fuss.

The WORST experience I've ever had! They were constantly asking for unnecessary information because they couldn't remember which type of loan we should be applying for. Closing day our loan officer submitted paperwork with the incorrect loan amount. We were unable to close. This was very unfortunate because we sold our house the same day. THANKFULLY the sellers let us rent for a week for 900.00 until the next available closing date. When I asked St. Cloud Mortgage, Inc. to assist with the rent (as it was their mistake) they responded ABSOLUTELY not. In our loan officer's words this was the owners decision.
