I was running late to work today they told me it would take 30 min but after 40min I checked in and they said they are just starting the oil change. I believe they let other people Infront of me. So I had to waited another 30 min for completion. So I ended up being late to work. They were unprofessional and didn't even apologize. They should keep their promises and deliver on time. people are on a tight schedules.

Love this area. No appt for an oil change and they were super fast. Best of all they are authorized by the Chevy dealership to do oil changes when the dealership is backed up on appointments. Only the best for my car

I had a great experience at Saint Cloud Quick Lube! I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation,I also mentioned I was having a vibration with the front end.the team here is very knowledgeable and clearly knows what they’re talking about.,The technician actually brought me back to my vehicle, explained what was going on, and showed me exactly what was wrong. It was refreshing to see such honesty and professionalism. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to anyone who needs reliable auto service.

Got a nail in my tire, was in and out in 15 minutes
Edit: This most recent time I went they tried to charge me $25 without being able to diagnose the issue with my car.

This place is solid. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. I’ve had a handful of things done on multiple vehicles here and have had good experiences every time! Also, fun fact, they have a shuttle service if you have to have your vehicle towed in and aren’t able to get a ride. This place is awesome and I would recommend it to anyone in Cloud looking for oil changes/ tire services. 10/10

Took car there for an inspection/diagnosis, and checking my A/C fan, told the clerk the problems and was walking out but realized he never got my number (as beforehand they’d usually call to inform you what they find). Came back and gave him my number, 3 days went by and I didn’t hear anything so I called. Was informed they tried to reach me due to needing more info (not true as I didn’t receive any calls). Didn’t work on the car at all. Not sure what more info was needed as I just wanted an inspection done.

Staff is friendly. Good place for oil changes. I had breaks done and 4 months later they went bad. I talked to Jarel and he swapped them out no problem under warranty. Would be 5 five but they misdiagnosed an issue I was having, I took to Midas and they said I just needed new tires which fixed the issue.
Good shop, I still recommend after 3 years of service.

I wish I could give a 0 or anything below, I asked for interior cleaning and they gave my car as it was and telling me they cleaned the outside and vacuumed which is not what we talked about plus the manager was very rude…i wouldn’t want my worst enemy to go there.

If I could give 10 stars, I would—because Jerel, Kayla, and their coworkers are the dream team of all car things.
Jerel has worked on multiple of my vehicles and every single time, it’s like my car just went to therapy and came back emotionally healed and mechanically flawless. The last two cars he touched, suddenly they were running like they drank premium gas and had a pep talk from Lightning McQueen.
And Kayla? SHE DESERVES A MEDAL. I handed her a car full of mold—like gross, horror-movie-level mold—and she brought it back looking and smelling like a luxury showroom. I still don’t know how she did it. Witchcraft? Possibly. Skill? Definitely.
If your car needs fixing, freshening up, or full-on resurrection—GO HERE. They care, they’re crazy good, and they’ll treat your car better than you treat your houseplants. 🩷
