Be prepared to pay exactly what they are asking. No dealing on price with this dealership. I tried to negotiate with them on a 2012 Jeep Liberty they listed with Cargurus According to Cargurus they listed with them over 90 days ago. Looking at the pics on Cargurus the tail gate just above the back brake light it has a nasty rust spot with an actual hole in the center of it. I checked with local auto body guys they quoted it would require the replacement of the gate. The cost of replacement and a paint match would be $2000 - $2500. I told the. I would consume $1000 - 1500 of the cost for the work if they consumed $1000 but they would not even negotiate. But it actually worked out ok I purchased a Nissan Murado Platinum in Cambridge MN at Steve's Auto and got a way better deal!! Rust is one thing but a hole is another given that winter is right around the corner!!

I met Lucy and her husband yesterday. I spent an afternoon talking with Lucy and tested 4 vehicle s. I honestly felt at home sitting a her desk and had no idea such an awesome place with such warm hearted people existed in this kind of work! I also learn about a lot of different things about them and how their sales works to help people instead of taking advantage of them! Coming from Domestic violence and starting over for the bottom up, I recommend Lucy and her team! They will not disappoint you and will not take anything from you just because they want a check. It's a non stressful hunt for what you need. They let you come to them. Again, this is a fantastic agency. They donate to non profit organizations and they care with a conscience! Honest and affordable! My payment isn't through the roof and covid is not an exception!!! Please go to these guys!! They put you first! 100 out of 5 stars 🤩

Lucy was amazing working with me and my boyfriend, we stayed over almost 6 hours just so we can get the car we really wanted. She was so helpful and patient throughout the whole process. Highly recommend definitely the place to go!!!

Although the dealership personnel are friendly the banking system does not recognize American veterans who served our country. Such a shame money over freedom. This is why so many veterans are homeless without a job because they don't recognize US veterans. Capitalism at its finest. The rich get richer and the poor get poor.

This dealership sold me a truck for 4 times the price of the vehicle’s value for the year make model and the amount of miles on the vehicle. They also talked my into an extra 2-3 thousand for a warranty that I didn’t need. On top of it all they lied to my face and told me my loan was only going to be 3 years. I’m a year into paying it off and I find out through the loan people that it is actually a 5 year loan plan. Not to mention some of the stuff advertised for the truck’s accessories and functions being broken such as the cup holder being broken and the heated seats one of the main reasons I wanted the truck being broken. Another thing I noticed is they glued on the piece above the tire now it is falling apart.
Please rethink when going to this place mind you I drove a hour to pick up this truck just to be played like this.

Lucy was definitely the best person to buy my first car from. She made it super hassle free and made it a dream. She went through all the options that if you were buying a little more expensive vehicle that you would most likely want warranty wise. If you are looking to buy your first car or any car in general highly recommend this place and most importantly Lucy!
