I’ve encountered some amazing staff, and some that seem annoyed that I’m bothering them. But I just give them extra kindness as they might need it that day.
I’m new to the tanning world and have lots of questions and require suggestions. I’m really thankful for the amazing girls that are willing to help me!l
The beds are good. I’m exploring each level. I absolutely love the hydro massage! I rarely have a wait! They get people through there quick!

This tanning salon was so amazing today. I planned to go in for one single tan and got the deal of the day!!! Super friendly and knowledgeable gal at the counter told me about the special they were running, which I couldn’t believe what a great deal it was ! $9.99 and you get 5 sessions , so I tanned , then I checked out the red light sauna and after that I experienced their amazing water massage chair!!! Seriously I felt like I was at the spa! Totally loved it!! They are a busy place, but they move people thru fast and have many rooms. Everyone seemed tan and happy! Great place and I would highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back and use my last two sessions as I will tan in a bed and my last session I will try the spray tan!!

Friendly people, great beds. Lots of rooms, so there's very little (if any) wait time. Quality tanning products available.

hold on to your pocketbook. This St.cloud salon will take you for a ride. they sold me a 30 day membership. but continued to charge my account until I noticed it. Then they would not refund my money even when they knew it hadn't been used for months . I finally got the charges stopped when my husband bought me a new membership for Christmas. I tried to get my money back immediately. He bought it on 12/23. They prorated the $66 down to $30. If prorated it should have been $17. Then they charged for annual fee and the first month at $88. When I called they said they couldn't cancel it until at least one month was paid for. so I thought fine I'll pay for the month and use the services since I can't get my money back. I went in to tan tonight and they Said I could not use the services because it was cancelled. I checked my bank account and I have not received any credit for any of the charges. I gal At the front desk said she could not help me I had to check with my bank. The service sucks. I got nothing but the run around
