This used to be a really good speedway then it all went downhill as soon as they hired a bunch of new people know half the time they're closed not even open or some of the ladies won't take cash only use cards

Bad service for sure. There was one girl working when I walked in. She was on her phone texting. She didn’t look up. She didn’t say hello nothing. When I get to the register, she still has not looked up grabbed my things scanned them while looking at her phone didn’t tell me what the cost was. I handed her my card, and I commented to her something about her lack of customer service. She’s in proceeded to tell me. , By the way, still not looking at me, that I don’t have to go there. I said you’re right I don’t and I won’t be coming back. I don’t know who is doing the hiring there or managing that place but if I could give Zero Stars I would every every other speedway that I have been to in St. Cloud is 10 times better than this one just because of the customer service customer. As someone who has been a manager for multiple years, customer service is the number one thing. It can make or break your business.

Went in to make a simple tobacco purchase, turned out to the absolute worst encounter with a person in the service industry ever!!! She was rude ,vulgar, disrespectful, and much more interested in her personal phone call than any way ,shape, or form of customer service. She is truly a disgusting person that I can't believe anyone would have as an employee, needs to be fired, not just dissaplined, because she can never be taught common Decency.

Negative 10 stars. I was not greeted but rather given attitude when I asked for a price check on a water that was NOT priced in the cooler. The same female was previously outside sucking on a vape 6 inches from the door and I had to endure her foul odor as there was a mop and bucket blocking the other door. If you have time to suck a vape you can finish cleaning. The very impolite and unenthusiastic female was more interested in her phone call when I went up to pay and she looked at me like I offended her that I was ready. The store was dirty and there were SEVERAL bottles in the cooler completely tipped over in disarray. I was completely ignored, not not thanked for my visit and made to feel extremely unwelcome. If looks and attitude could kill……

The cappuccino machine hasn’t worked for months because the employees won’t clean or refill it. Customer service is rude at best, you’re lucky if you’re even acknowledged when checking out because usually the employees are too engrossed in their own personal FaceTime conversations to be bothered with you. Who’s running this operation? I won’t be swinging into here anymore.

I was there on Wednesday and the service of the three employees was wonderful, very nice to talk to and so polite. They put a smile on my face and gave me some laughter. I know customer service is hard at times, but they did a super job.

Someone with social anxietys dream, but a Karen’s worst nightmare. Absolutely zero costumer service. Cashier was facetiming a friend and did not say a SINGLE word to me throughout the whole interaction… if it could even be considered one. Not giving it a bad rating because I too baffled to even be mad, and I heard a lot of drama going on in that FaceTime call, so I was entertained. Taking off 2 stars due to the audacity.

Worst customer service ever. The lady who’s working was FaceTime with a friend outside the gas station and stayed on FaceTime while attending the customers and on top of that with an attitude. Like we were interrupting her call. Some people are just not made to deal with people whoever is working today 5/may/2023 at 4:00 needs to get fired find a job at a zoo that’s where you belong! Had to be said.

Rude, Rude, rude, worst staff of any place I go. You walk in No hello, after checkout …. No thank you nothing. I go to Kwik stop, I never go into Speedway anymore. I only live a few blocks from it but I drive the extra few miles to go to kwik stop.
