I went to ATM they didn’t have cash !!
I asked young lady employee what’s going on she told me to try again not helpful!
I went to ask to cashier employee she told me money is out like this for few days and they don’t know when company will put on money into ATM…

These 2 stars are for my first (and last) online order/ home delivery experience. Target brand cat litter (Up&Up) itself gets 5 stars, but its availability in-store is always 100% hit and miss. The home delivery experience was equally wobbly. The day I was at the store and the shelves were empty, an associate suggested ordering online for home delivery. Sounded great, ordered 3 containers, paid. 7 days later, 2 of the 3 items were delivered by FedEx. Up to that point, all was 5 stars. Never heard a word about the final item. After 2 weeks, I inquired about the last piece of the order and chatbot said that the last item was damaged en route and my order had been closed out. I asked if I could pick up a replacementat at the store, chatbot said they could only issue a refund, which I accepted. I asked why I hadn't been notified of the damaged item, and if Target was just going to keep my money and not say anything until I called, if ever. Chatbot said FedEx should have notified me. Got my money back, yay, will never order online/ home elivery again, though sounds great in theory. Too many disconected parts plus communication failures.

Outside of the fact they never have milk, decent produce or many of the groceries I typically pick up (out of stock), today I returned a purchased. I picked up earlier in the day, using my Target reward points. The purchase was $19.99 so approximately $22 with tax. This evening when I brought it in to return it because it just wasn’t going to work, I was told I would get a little over two dollars for back onto my Target rewards. This is Target “reward” points! This is 2% back on purchases I made so do the math! How much did I have to purchase from Target in order to get $22 in rewards but then when I return an item I don’t get it returned to me???? Then Target can put it back on the shelf and sell it to another customer and make another $20?!?!?? Does this make sense? Does not to me. Target used to be my favorite store and I came here for everything. But over the last year that has changed dramatically and I’ve been purchasing more and more and more on Amazon. If it wasn’t for a time crunch with this item, I would’ve gotten it on Amazon prime. Sorry Target, you lost a good customer. I’ll still come in from time to time to pick up a gallon of milk (if you have it) or some small miscellaneous item, but the type of money I used to spend there will happen no longer. Unbelievable reward program, Target!
Part 2: I called The customer service line and spoke to an individual with a very thick accent. I asked this person if they were in Minnesota and was told they were actually offshore. I asked if my complaint would go to someone who would address it and actually contact me back and I was told no, they’ll take the information and give it to, the complaint department or whatever. This person seem very sincere and what they’re told is what will actually happen but myself, as a customer, have absolutely no guarantee that this will be passed down to someone who will read it and care. Therefore, have nothing left to do to warn individuals that although this used to be a wonderful store, it’s not any longer. the shelves are never stocked, starting to look extremely rundown, and although the employees are pleasant, they have absolutely no power to help in any kind of a situation. Stick with Amazon. You make one call Regarding an issue and it is immediately rectified. Not so with target (Purposely did not capitalize it).

Don’t buy a Bose radio from Target. They won’t exchange it and the customer service will treat you rudely. Best to buy electronics from Amazon.
