I ordered from target crossroads for pick up and got an email saying it was ready for pick up I drove to the store waited twenty minutes for my order three cars came after me they got their order I called the store twice and was told I didn’t have an order. I told them I got an email telling me that my order was ready I told them that I was coming and when I got there plus what space I was in but according to them I had no order. I called corporate and they didn’t have any problem finding my order. I talked to one of the 3,000 store managers and she blamed me for the problem she said it was my phone. I have an iPhone so I doubt it was my phone if I were you I wouldn’t place an order for pick up because from the top down they don’t know what they’re doing

Today i was at this location, and i was not impressed with what i found. Today i found MOLDY MEAT STICKS, a whole 3 pieces had mold on them. And this is just ONE of the many horrible experiences i’ve had here. I have also found a dead RAT it the orange bin, i didn’t get my oranges that day. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior for the workers not to notice. Do better people. Shame on you.

Was in a hurry asked Olivia, the employee working the self check out if she would watch my card for a second after I paid for my items because I had forgot something she told me no I had to bring it with me. Your customer service sucks.

Why does it always take so damn long for drive up orders. It doesn’t matter how slow it is. Get it together. I’m sick wasting gas waiting for you people.

I was at able to find a lot of variety of things. Target has a lot of low prices. They have the Dollar Shave Club For eight dollars each, you can get a shaver and then refills for eight dollars. Impressive!
