The St. Cloud campus Branch is NEVER open. It's the closest one to my place. Please update your hours to closed if the campus Branch is going to be closed.

Changing hours. Rarely open. Although we can't for sure determine if this ATM was the culprit, a card was skimmed last year, and this was one of only two locations the card was used it at.

Hours are constantly changing and it’s frustrating. I much prefer this location vs the St. Germain location. It says they open at 9am on Thursdays but I went there at 9:30am and now there’s a sign saying they open at noon on Thursdays. I can’t keep up! :(

Thank you Natalie (Bemidji) I truly appreciate you reaching out and helping my family in this time of need! Still the best credit union hands down!

I switched to Affinity Plus several years ago after not being satisfied with US Bank and their lack of service. I've enjoyed Affinity - They did a great job with my car loan, their service in person is always top notch and friendly. I've managed to work around the lack of ATMs. Lately though I've been disappointed by a couple incidents. In one case I had purchased 4 tires that were the wrong size and returned. My account was sent all four return amounts, but Affinity only applied two of them to my account and I have no idea why. I thought it was the tire place screwing up, but they showed me that the returns were sent, and Affinity just didn't process them for some reason. Glad I was paying attention or I would have been out a couple hundred bucks. Then I had used my card to make a one time payment to a cable company for an ex girlfriend - that was a mistake as she then had her cable company charge me again. I caught it right away and told Affinity that the charge was not approved and was fraudulent. Affinity would do nothing to help me and instead told me to cancel my card, which I really didn't want to do, and to talk to the cable company myself to get my money refunded. I emailed back and forth, asking if there was something they could do, and was just told basically to deal with it myself. Those things lately have me looking for what I THOUGHT I had at Affinity - a good bank I could trust.

I tell people all the time that I love my bank! Anytime I have ever dealt with Affinity from my mortgage to checking, savings or auto loan I have been satisfied and usually even impressed. They are fast and efficient with loans, give points for debt usage and are so friendly. I also feel that they are very community driven and give back to several local residents and organizations. Best "bank" ever.

Had a great experience with Emily R. in the St. Cloud branch. She is professional, thorough, resourceful and solved a complicated issue with a cheerful smile and a can-do attitude. Thank you, Emily!

While banks tend to be about making money, Affinity Plus and other credit unions are about helping their investors. I wish I had left TCF sooner!

It's weird hearing people complain about TCF because not only have they not caused me any problems (Any overdrafts I had were specifically just me not paying attention to my spending) but they also waived overdraft fees that happened because my paycheck bounced due to unforseen circumstances beyond my control. Like, obviously it's not a perfect system, but nothing is perfect and it functions as it should, so idk what the problem is.

Please do yourself a favor and do not use this bank, very bad. they will add strategic overdraft fees in your account, reps don't have any idea what they are talking about. I wonder how they are still in business. use a credit union if you can.

TCF is a particularly bad bank. This campus location is particularly bad branch of an already bad bank. They will tell you anything you want to hear, but you wont get it in writing, because it's all lies. When I asked why I hadn't received my $50 bonus for opening an account, the teller cited a clause in the "terms agreement" papers given when I opened an account. She, conveniently, did not have a copy of the agreement handy. I went home, printed, and thoroughly read the agreement and found nothing at all about what she had cited. I brought the agreement back to them and showed them that there was no such clause anywhere in the agreement. At this point I was told that I would not receive the bonus because I signed up at this particular branch. Strategically placed overdraft charges, poor customer service... I don't recommend TCF.

As an astute, knowledgeable, and responsible banker, I have found TCF to be nothing but a bunch of lying thieves. Their counter side manner is appaling and their banking practices make having an account with them COMPLETELY WORTHLESS. I guess I wasn't aware that it can take up to 3 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR DEPOSITED FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE! If you're looking to open a new checking or savings account do yourself a favor and open it at ANY OTHER BANK than TCF. It's sad when a hometown company works to destroy the credit of its once local and loyal customers.
