“Very, very polite staff(in the store)and great finds.Super clean bathrooms and new inventory often.I did get a crabby lecture from the donation woman because my items were not in a box?I was trying to make less garbage for the store.”
“When we decided it was time to sell our house and downsize, we wondered how we would be able to accomplish what felt like an overwhelming challenge. My wife started looking online and found SOS. That changed everything. From the first appointment to assess what was needed, we were reassured we were in good hands. The incredible crew sorted our possessions. Large furniture items were sold online. SOS handled the arrangements with the buyers for them to pick up what had been purchased. Other items were made available through eBay. The SOS staff handled the online postings, interacted with prospective buyers, and shipped the items when they sold. The main event was the estate sale. The staff came in to price items, set the sale up, provided staffing for the sale, and executed all of the transactions. When the sale was over, they sorted through what was left, determined what should be donated and what would be taken to the SOS Treasure Chest store to sell. When they were done, the house had been cleared. We deposited the check and were free to take our next steps. The work they did was phenomenal, but the best part was the personal care and sincere concern they extended to us. They walked every step with us to help make our life transition better than we ever imagined it could be. SOS stands for Smart Organizing Solutions, but it could also be Sensible Organizing Solutions or, even better, Sane Organizing Solutions. If, like we did, you wonder how you can take on your challenge, there isn't any need to wonder. All you need to do is contact SOS!”
“Really enjoy shopping at TC the employees are always friendly and very patient. Prices are fair. Really like that the fitting rooms are available. Not like the other thrift stores.Plus like to buy from a place that supports a great cause.”
“I really like this goodwill. I would specifically recommend it to college students working on outfitting their new dorm or apartment with kitchenware, because you can get very high quality stuff for great prices. My girlfriend and I have acquired most of the pieces to a $300 set of plates, bowls, etc. for under $30. Their inventory is fast-changing, so it's a fun place to stop in fairly often and see what they've got. It has a nicer, less dingy feel to it than Saver's.”
“Great deals on unique finds in the clothing section. Totally sweet nerf weapon toys for cheap, at least they use to be pretty cheap, around $5 for a blaster gun that my son and I took more than a handful of home an bought a zillion rounds of ammunition on amazon for the low. The electronic section sometimes has decent finds and the book sections cheap. I like the store. It use to smell weird, sticking to the clothes for awhile, but that has changed a little bit, I think. The stuff welcomes a good wash when you get home anyways, so its not gonna make that much of an issue but we all have different noses. The cool clothes I've found frequently get worn, and the toys I got for my son were extremely good finds. We got a lot of use out of the $10 razor scooter I scooted out of the store as soon as I found it.”
