I chose Tom's because he was quick to respond to my questions, very honest in his answers and offered me the best deal on my windshield repair. In Minnesota you Always have the choice to have your windshield repaired or replaced by any windshield service provider DESPITE how your insurance may make it look or make you feel. I stood firm for Tom's service and he didn't disappoint! Fast, honest, Service at the Best Price! I'd choose him again!

I got turned down by two of these new shops in town. Tom took my van in on the spot, had the glass in stock, and I was on my way in no time for less money than the others had quoted! So, if a family owned shop, in business in this area for decades takes on all the more challenging jobs that the others turn down, why not go there first?

called late afternoon about a windshield rear view mirrow broken from it's holder, and drove over to Tom's and within 25 minutes it was fixed at a VERY REASONABLE price!! HIghly recommend !!

I highly recommend working with Tom if you're ever in a pinch. My windshield was recently damaged in a hail storm while I was in a road trip. Tom was able to replace it within two days, while others were saying it would take at least five. He also helped me with a loaner car that allowed for me to continue on with my trip while I waited for the repairs. He made a bad experience a lot easier for me. Great guy!

Tom is one of the best guys in the business, he and his staff went above and beyond in servicing me. Not only did he fit me in the same day I called or have my car ready to go before I had to be at work, but additionally helped me fix another issue with my car just because he's a great guy! Not only would I recommend Toms for their speedy service, I would also recommend them for their quality of work!

Tom Kellen is a scammer, a crook and a fraud! scum of the earth!!! do not do business with him, he will lie to your face and then ignore your calls like a little kid. No dignity or sense of good will.
