Trois has helped my young goalie become more confident and skilled in the position she loves! Along with her reported improved confidence, she has been repeatedly complimented on her improvement from first tournament in April to last in August. She is already saying she wants to go back next summer! Thank you Trois!!!

Our boys have gone to Trois for two summers. This year for winter hockey, they had fantastic try outs. When I asked what made the difference, they said Dianah's power skating training during the summer sessions. Not only did the summer session increase their hockey skills, it is designed for overall athletic improvement and they boys had FUN! Thanks Dianah and Team!

We have had a wonderful experience with Trois Rivieres Training. My son is a second year PeeWee and did the summer training program last summer. The treadmill was really helpful and he loved the addition of the on ice sessions to the program. He broke his arm last summer in a hockey try-out and the staff was great about modifying his training to what he was able to do. Great group to work with. Highly Recommend!!

My son has done a few different hockey training programs but Trois has been by far the best. The speed he has gained by working on his stride with Dianah has been remarkable. I have been very impressed with the level of improvement he has achieved at Trois-Rivieres.

I highly recommend Rich Schimenek and Trois Training. All three of my children have worked with Rich. He is far more than a strength and conditioning coach as he takes time to get to know each athlete he works with and provides a personalized plan for his/her development. Rich is a very positive role model for developing athletes. There are a variety of training opportunities in the St. Cloud area; however, if you are looking for the very best option Coach Rich Schimenek at Trois is your answer.

Almost 8 years ago I started training with Rich. With his specialized training plans, I've been able to compete and win in Olympic Lifting and Powerlifting competitions. Not bad for a 40 year old!

I have been participating in the adult fitness program at Trois for over two years. Trios Trainers (Rich and Matt), provide personalized workouts each day that you are able to do individually at your own pace with their support and encouragement. Not only has Trios helped me maintain and improve my overall fitness, it has also dramatically increased my strength. I can't say enough about the wonderful atmosphere and trainers at Trios- I would highly recommend Trios to both adults and athletes.

My player has done the 3 day per week summer program for 2 years. The price for the entire summer is half of the cost for 1 week of an away "up north" camp and the results are very good. The kids have fun, the coaches are great the athletic improments are measurable.

I have been training at Trois for 3 years and it had helped me dramatically. It has helped me get stronger for basketball and to get faster on my feet for running. Because of this program i am faster on my feet for defense, but I wouldn't have gotten this far without Rich pushing me to be the best I can be.

I've been training with Rich since I was a freshman in high school. I've known him almost 7 years now and I know I wouldn't be where I am today with out him. He has been with me in the gym every step of the way. Not only making me better, but making himself better too by learning new lifts/training methods to help his athletes. He not only has been there in the gym but has attended many of my sporting events through out my high school and junior career. He will push you, but only because he wants to see you reach your goals. Rich is someone I put my trust in. For whatever goal you're trying to reach, Rich will help you get there.
