Jenna was awesome to work with! I’ve rented a cargo trailer a couple of times now. Most recent was this weekend for in town. I picked up and trailer checked out fine. I got to Sauk Rapids to start filling it and got a flat tire. Called roadside assistance and they struggled finding someone to fix remotely on a Saturday morning. I unhitched trailer and went back to U-Haul and Jenna took excellent care by sending me with another trailer. Meanwhile roadside assistance hooked up with Andy’s towing to get the first unit brought back to the location. Unideal situation on moving day, but Jenna, her team and Andy’s towing made the best out of the situation. Thank you all!

Person who checked us out was extremely friendly and appeared to multi task well. However, when we returned trailer later that day trailer didn’t show up as being rented by me. After several calls to the 800 number a man named Ryan stopped to pick up his car. He immediately came to us asking if we needed some help which we did. He took no time in taking care of everything. We were very fortunate he was there or perhaps we wouldn’t have been able to leave the trailer. We were overall pleased with our experience and rental equipment. However, the first person making the mistake could have been a catastrophe on our end. Had Ryan not stopped after work.

Bad place to get your rentals from. I had rented a trailer a couple different times and each time I had to extend it because I needed it longer than expected. I still paid for my time with the trailer. The young kid working there said this was unacceptable and that I could no longer rent there.

Please have someone in the facility who can refill a propane tank. I am in my second attempt in a week to refill propane tank with no luck!

This corporation is joke, misleading, and unethical. Was charged numerous misc. charges for. 24 hour rental that I returned within 24 hours and never told about any of that.

Worse place to rent anything from and what is even worse is the manager there jassy I have never been treated the way she treated me while i was getting over charged and disrespected by her. I stayed in a unit for over 2 years and last 6 months has been the worst I’ve ever experienced overcharged and disrespected by her on the phone over and over I call never get hold of her unless she wants to reach out to charge me and when I say something she would hang up the phone on me and tell me IM NOT CALM to talk to her but if I’m overcharged don’t I have the right to feel how I felt? I just needed to understand why and how specially when I been there for over 2 years. And now that I moved out I’m still getting charged where I have to call my bank ?

I arrived at the last minute due to scheduling issues . The gentleman that helped me out seems like he was having a bad day. Despite this, He still made sure that SAFETY was a priority and that the tow dolly was hooked up correctly and lights functioned before letting me leave.

This was the dirtiest Uhaul that I have ever rented. There was a Gatorade bottle full of pee under the seat, a beer can full of cigarette butts behind the seat, bird poop covering both mirrors, passenger mirror was so loose it just flapped in the wind, windows hadn't been cleaned in months, the cargo area was filthy and had garbage left in it, smelled like smoke. The new manager Jesse is horrible at her job, no attention to details for sure and lacking in customer service. Joe the assistant manager says you can't have it clean like it should be all the and thinks an empty beer can left in is ok. The old manager Mike would have never let this happen. I rent from Uhaul frequently.

WOW!! There are still good people left in this world! Thought I needed a trailer to haul a car but ended up not needing the trailer and got the car to my garage. Brought the trailer back right away and the guy running the store reimbursed me the rental fee. Definitely a great experience!!
