When I showed up to my hair appointment, I specifically said I wanted an all over brown color with blonde highlights instead they did an all over color without doing 3 inches down by my tips and my hair turned yellow. They also charged me $280 for this When they said it would be 260. They totally wrecked my hair and I’m very unsatisfied because it’s happened twice in a row. My kids also got haircuts and they’re very crooked. It’s almost like they don’t care what they do to your hair and they just want your money
