This location is the best. The staff is always so friendly with everyone and so helpful. Shannon (she has all the braids) and was working today specifically I’ve seen her be so accommodating to all needs for customers of all varieties as well and I love to see that kind of leadership and welcoming atmosphere.

Terrible experience! The dark skinned woman with huge curly hair, and thick accent, was the most rude and condescending person I've ever seen behind a service counter. Everyone in the line (8-10 people) were stunned by her terrible attitude and behavior. Other employees just seemed to ignore her, which was just as incredible.

It was my first time I came here in March to return the mail that it’s not bring to me.
my little kid opened outside package accidentally but didn’t open actual inside mail packs .
I told her I’m here to return it that it’s not mine . she said it’s opened so can’t return it. I asked her what I do with it? She wasn’t helpful …

Next time i should be throw away mail or packages that it’s not mine, because I’m not gonna waste my time or money or to talk to employees and waste my time again to just be nice and do right things turned into nightmare to me .
Doing right things sometimes is not right things to do. Thanks for reminding me .
