Great bank and staff. I go through the drive up window. Always greeted with a smile and friendly service. U.S Bank is th best bank in my opinion.

My husband and I have been a customer of US bank for many years. We opened a minors account with them with the understanding that our child could NOT overdraft his account. Well he did. I went in to shut the account down but did not have enough to cover the cost that day. I asked if I could come back in a couple of days to make right on the account and was told no problem. Three days later I was back at the bank and paid the amount owed. I thought that was the end of this situation. 11 months later, I am at a credit union to open a different checking account, I am told that us bank has put a check system on my name so that I can't open any account with any bank for five years!!! I go back to us bank to ask them to remove this as this was paid in full three days after I closed the account. I was told it is US bank policy to keep this on bad peoples record to keep track of the bad people......really??? AND I have to wait for 10 business days to get a paid in full letter that I should have received 11 months ago when I paid the debt to begin with. And how much was this debt? $94.72 and it's now cost me 5 years with a mark on my name because my son figured out how to get money out of their system that never should have allowed him to overdraft to begin with. THANKS US bank for all your help with this situation. Thank you for telling me that 16 plus years of being a customer means nothing because you need to make sure that everyone can keep track of this bad person who has never had her checking account, savings account nor mortgage defaulted or closed ever!! But I come in and closed a minors account and BAM I am now labeled a horrible person who needs to be kept track of by US bank for five years...WOW!! Needless to say, we are in the process of pulling all of the remaining accounts that we have with this bank. Lesson learned US Bank.....lesson learned!

HUGE place with just one (generally rude) teller on the last 4x I've been in here. 12-15 minutes is way too long to stand in line for a something simple. When will the 33rd St location be reopening? The business hours are ridiculous, too. I'm disappointed with the validity of the balance information on the app as well. I just Googled other banks.

Poor experience at the downtown St. Cloud branch.
Won't accept my cash deposit even with my USBank debit card and PIN.
Branch manager did nothing. Misplaced my driver's license.
Decided to close my accounts.
3 strikes and they are out.
The Social Media dept at USB did follow up with me after this post to be fair. No changes but were good listeners and empathetic.

The lady that works the front desk at this location is so rude. She had a bad attitude and did not care about US bank customers. We were trying to close out an account and she was so rude about the whole process. We were trying to ask questions about the process and she talked to us like we were stupid. Also the fact that they charge $10 for a cashiers check to people that bank there is ridiculous but they will give one for free once you close an account. We are switching to affinity plus who has outstanding customer service and does NOT charge members for cashiers checks! We will never be giving US bank business again and will be giving word to everyone we know to not do business with them.

The best US bank. I had a really bad experience at many locations in regards to a letter and Mareesa Stoner helped me figure it out. She was extremely easy to work with and she helped me within 10 mins despite me spending hours in other location.Really good customer service !!!

I actually like this branch, I don't get why the other reviews are so bad. The people are super nice and helpful. I've been able to walk in and be seen without an appointment and only a 15 minute wait. I had an issue with verification and Derek Vonderohe helped me resolve it over the phone and email. I had a busy week and did not have time to go in person so he was a lifesaver.
