The best US bank. I had a really bad experience at many locations in regards to a letter and Mareesa Stoner helped me figure it out. She was extremely easy to work with and she helped me within 10 mins despite me spending hours in other location.Really good customer service !!!

I actually like this branch, I don't get why the other reviews are so bad. The people are super nice and helpful. I've been able to walk in and be seen without an appointment and only a 15 minute wait. I had an issue with verification and Derek Vonderohe helped me resolve it over the phone and email. I had a busy week and did not have time to go in person so he was a lifesaver.

Changed deposit/withdrawal slips so they are not in primary color of black. This makes depositing or withdrawing IMPOSSIBLE (and embarrassing) when you are visually impaired.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS customer service both at the branch and on the phone!!!!!! I'm a week or more late paying my rent because they decleared my two $750 mobile deposits as fraudulent. (then locked my checking account/Zelle account) And they charged my $25 I guess because I caused so much confusing using their app for mobile deposits -- I guess this bank isn't in the 21st century and isn't used to people making mobile deposits????? Or is it banks in MN as I've never had issues in PA where I've relocated from and beginning to wonder if I've made the mistake of my life????????? This just may have been a quick layover........The US Bank phone rep said UNBELIEVABLY (remember rent is already WAY past due) that it could take about a week before they got back in touch with me just to DISCUSS my issue........I've submitted a complaint to MN Governor's office and BBB. I'm mailing out a letter to US Bank Corporate office tomorrow....Next is to contact MN State Attorney General's office of which I have the website pulled up as I type this hideous review.BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

I just went through the drive thru and I placed my DL, bank card, and a check for deposit in the drive thru send tube. I was in the 2nd lane because of the vehicle in the commercial lane. (My lane). I hit the send button and waited for the teller to come over the intercom. No response. I observed the man next to me fiddling with his wallet and putting papers away inside his vehicle. Thinking that they are short handed and just finishing up with his transaction. Just done the man pulled away in time for me to realize that there was nobody inside the bank. I checked online before going to town and made sure that they were open and the website said that the drive-thru is open until noon. They now have my driver's license, my bank card and a check endorsed with my signature for somewhat of a large amount. I now have no driver's license no check card and no money. Not happy.

Why arnt the hours normal? Why should I have to drive all the way back over there taking time off from work to go to the bank??? And not open on weekends at all? How INCONVENIENT

We like to tell you about great customer service experience we had at the St.Cloud main branch on Wednesday 8/26/2020. After a frustrating morning with a couple of other banks ( my husbands. We went to drive up and hand a nice teller who helped us. This is the reason I will continue to bank with U.S.Bank.

I deposited my money on Friday and they told me it would be available the next day. Now they wont let me have $300 of the $500 for a week! I have Bill's to pay and my phones going to get shut off. Wont release the funds. If they would have told me that I would have went to the bank it was drawn on and got it in cash sonic could pay my Bill's. Thief's as far as I'm concerned, if I have your money and wont give it to you I'd go to jail.

My favorite quality about this bank is the annual Nativity scene they display. Such a great reminder of what the Christmas season is all about!
