I used to work for a couple banks and know the work load at the branches. They do the best they can to satisfy customers with the amount of co-workers present.

Why would you replace a automated phone system that works perfectly? Replace it with something that doesn't. The us bank automated system sucks! I never had a problem until 4 months ago or so, not shure when it changed. I get better service talking into a speaker at a burger king drive through. It's not me, time to switch banks with a phone system that understands me. Easy peasy.

The employees at the toll free customer service center give the run around constantly. It is terrible they even have a job when it seems to me in my opinion they do that on purpose. They would be better off by saying, "Thank you for calling U.S. Bank, how may I give you the run around? If the call center representatives don't know an answer, they should not make something up to get the customer off the phone and if they do that, it should be automatic termination from their job. Terrible service.

way too much suggestive selling for a bank, please focus on getting through the line so I don't wait 20min behind 1 car to make it to the window 3 minutes late and get a "we are closed sorry we didn't see you"

I'm so happy that I switched to US Bank. The service at this location has always been wonderful. I've never had a bad experience here. This is where I set up my account initially, and the banker was so dang helpful. I've been with US Bank for about 4 years now and I don't regret it!!

None of the banks are open at normal times?? Why should I have to take off work to go to the bank then drive another half hour back to work??? This is very very inconvenient

US Bank is right up there with Wells Fargo! They will s***** punch you whenever they can! I had a electronic deposit that showed up in my account that did not belong there, when I looked up the initials behind where this deposit came from it was the Ohio Department of job and family services unemployment assistance program that was being investigated for fraud!!! I called the bank and told them this money does not belong in my account and after I did that my entire life came to a screaming halt!! They froze my account including the money that was rightfully mine I was not allowed access to it and no one from US Bank would tell me why they were doing this, my daughter had an account there as well and all of a sudden her account was closed! No notifications to her about this at all! When she called the bank and asked "where is my account?" They said "we had to close it because it was attached to an account (mine) that had fraudulent activities on it, we'll send you a check" No warning no notifications nothing!!! I now found out that "I" am being investigated for fraud!!! My life is at a complete standstill, I can't look at my account and I don't even know where my paycheck went cuz it was supposed to go into this account....when this is done, I'm goin to the media, no one should ever be treated this way!!!!

4 drive up lanes one self service lane. Of the four drive up lanes 3 were open 29 vehicles waiting at 10:30 Saturday morning! Only two tellers were working on a Saturday, Why? The last two times on a Saturday this has happened. Wasted nearly 40 minutes of my weekend each time waiting. A little tip for the bank manager, four lanes four tellers on Saturday!
