I stopped here about 11:30 am to reset my 10 hr. About 6 hrs setting here and a semi tore my front off, called police they said the get 2-3 phone calls a week from drivers being hit! So I'm parked in a regular spot (non reserve)and by my 7th hr in sleeper berth a knock on my door from a store clerk telling me I needed a ticket for reserve parking. I told him this spot was not a reserve spot, and then he said well, we are all sold out a reserve spots, and they may make you move!!! This is the worst truck stop I have ever been at!! No sleep here

I've been at this pilot for two days in a row and the bathroom hasn't been cleaned once! Every toilet seat is disgusting and to top it off, they don't have any paper toilet seat covers! Absolutely disgusting.

At a truck driver that travels through about 35 states, this place ranks in the top 5 worst. Two different times the water in the showers fill up over your feet. Shower temp changes back and forth from hot to cold constantly. So after buying fuel and food, I have to go across the way to park so I can walk back and take a mediocre shower. Most of the truck parking is taken up by locals. Dropped trailers, bob tails, as well as trucks with trailers make up about 1/4 of the total on any given day. I'm sure they park here then go home for the weekend. But they do have a good number of reserved parking spots that can be yours for $15 a night. The staff was friendly and has no control over how the place is managed. Parking lot and fuel islands had trash everywhere, but I saw employees walk right by it.

Very small Pilot. The staff is great though. Cooler food, frozen items, nothing else to speak of. McDonald's, Subway, and RJ'S walking distance. 7 reserved parking spots, and a total of 40. People claim that it's tight, but it didn't seem that bad to me. Strip mall with DOT Dr. , liquor store, and other stuff. Quiet neighborhood. Watch for people hitting your truck, and taking off like this guy did.

Nice and clean that's always a plus. I like they have hot food I think it's a little expensive but the coffee is always good with a nice selection. The drivers lounge with a tv is a nice place to hang for a little on a long trip.

I have been here several times over the course of almost a decade. This is convenient for my trips to St. Cloud, especially when I am driving along freeway 94. I find this to be a wonderful gas station for stopping to care for my needs. My needs are most commonly gas and drinks. I would define this business as more than just a typical gas station. This location is also a gift shop. I do not see this in many other gas stations. This part is terrific for travelers who do not reside in Minnesota. This place has several Minnesota themed gifts to offer. They include coffee cups, spoons, and ornaments. They have a great selection for choosing, and even though I live in Minnesota, I bought a key chain a long time ago because it looks so interesting. The employees appear to stay on top of their cleaning and organizing duties. This observation applies to the inside and the outside parts of the gas station. I have not encountered any major messes or clutter inside or in the driving area. The driving area is bigger than the average gas station so staying on top of this part of the cleaning duties is impressive. Overall, I have always felt comfortable walking in here. I have not ordered their food items often. In fact, it has been a couple years since I have. This is only because I have felt the need to do that. As of back then, I have noticed that the employees keep a good eye on the freshness of their food and drinks. I can always count on it being available to me hot and fresh. Lately, I have been purchasing their coffee most often. I have been satisfied with their coffee, especially as of lately. Most of the employees are friendly. All of them have their unique personalities, as is typical in many other businesses. Some are good at carrying a good conversation when there is no one behind me in line, while others are not. Either scenario is not important to me as long as they are friendly. This is the case here. I have never has to ask for assistance so I cannot judge whether or not they are happy to help. When I am in the area and need to go to a gas station during my St. Cloud visits, I will continue keeping this place in mind. I feel like I can count on them for quality service and customer satisfaction.

One of the cashiers at the pilot in Saint Cloud Minnesota called the cops on me and my husband while we were there taking showers and getting drinks because I looked young. Not that anything bad was happening, not that we were committing a crime, but because I looked young. Wtf is wrong with them? The woman who did it FOLLOWED us out of the store after our shower all the way across the street to the McDonald's we were parked at and wrote down our license plate number and the business number (we live in our business van and travel for a living) and called the cops on us. Thank goodness the cop was apologetic and nice, but the situation was absolutely ridiculous. Calling the cops on paying customers simply because one 'seemed' young! Absolutely awful experience and I'll be taking my business to the flying j and other truck stops.

If I was reading this pilot by itself I would have probably given it to Stars. But it enjoys a great location across from McDonald's and a little bar and grill called RJ's. The parking lot is fairly dirty Smalls and tight. There are no laundry facilities but the showers are okay. The staff seems friendly and helpful. In the store conditions are reasonably good if it were not for the dirty parking lot.

I usually don't stop at Pilot because they're not on my route or because there's a Love's closer but I thought I would give this one a try. I purchased about 94 gallons of diesel and then they wanted to charge me 12 bucks to take a shower because I don't have a loyalty card because I don't really shop here. If this would've been a Love's and I never shop there I would've got a free shower. This will be my last time ever stopping at a pilot or flying J even if I have to push my truck down the road to the next Love's to get fuel.

Absolutely the BEST, KINDEST, MOST HELPFUL employees EVER!! I'll try to make a long story short... on our first night at this Pilot, i had an issue with my shower, and ended up with some water on the floor. Mike stepped in to help, and did so willingly, with a big smile and even a few jokes. He made what could have been an embarassing situation a fun story i will tell over and over. Today, our battery died on our truck. Tony was working inside, and immediately came to help. When his battery charger didnt work on our big diesel truck, he brought his car over to jump start us and stayed with us for a long time to get her started again. Again, with a smile and a kind, friendly attitude. These two men are exceptional. Pilot is lucky to have them as employees. So many people today are in such a hurry, or unwilling to help, and what a huge blessing to find Mike and Tony when we needed them. They have inspired me to take off my own blinders, and look for an opportunity to be a blessing to someone else, willingly and with a smile. Stop here. At this Pilot. Shake their hands. Enjoy their friendly smiles. They deserve it. Great job, guys!

Pilot is a truck stop with gasoline, diesel fuel, showers, extensive hot foods available, and other convenience store and other items for OTR truckers. The gasoline prices here are always highly competitive. Service has been friendly and attentive. If you're looking for a meal, there's McDonald's across the street and RJ's American grill, more of a fine dining/bar located in the strip mall behind Pilot (it's an unexpected hidden gem in the area). There's also a hotel close by - everything you could need just off Interstate 94.
