VERY rude employees who obviously arenβt trained in what services they offer or donβt offer. Would not print a label because it was close to closing and acted like she had no idea what printing a label was like and that it had to be done at home LOL! Maybe hire someone who has a brain!

This post office is the worst I have ever seen..I lived in 3 different states and this place eats the cake..mail mis delivered at least once a month. Stolen and mis delivered packages. You guys don't even deserve 1 star.

I'm beyond upset that whoever helped me change my family's address after moving, failed at their job. Not only did they make me run around town and pay over $20 for a new license with my new address on it in order to change my mailing address, but then they tell me it's all set up and I'll receive our forwarded mail in 7-10 days, and now that it's been over two weeks since moving, I finally get a letter in the mail stating that the change wasn't even activated and that I need to come in with my ID to verify the change! OR, I can pay $1.10 to do it online (which is what I was forced to do since I have no availability to go in person before the end of the year and I will no longer have access to our old address starting tomorrow AND I'll have to wait ANOTHER 7-10 days for our mail to start being forwarded! What a joke!

They just lost our $1200 package and are telling us it's not there fault. Yet the lady told us the pallet it came on was checked in but it wasn't here so they accepted the package without actual having it so now we have to call the seller and have our package changed to will call.

They brought the wrong package to our house and instead of bringing it to my door they put it on my wife car hood 20 ft from the door. How do they think this is ok.

There's a thief in the US postal service right now I just had 7 oz of silver stolen from me and every post office says there's nothing they can do about file a claim with the seller investigate your people quit letting our stuff get stolen before it gets to our house we shouldn't have to worry about the workers

this post office is so bad. I had to say alphabet so loud front of other ppl cuz that worker doesn't recognize my country's address. even I write down 3 times more cuz of their direction was wrong. I'm not going to visit here anymore. and that package is gone back to here from other country now. such bad service.
