Walked in here after a very long wait at their corporate store in town. We were helped by a guy named Sergio who was very pleasant to work with. He did a great job explaining everything to us about the plans and which would work best for us. Had a great experience and will be going here 1st over the corporate store next time.

I want to recognize Sergio for going above and beyond to help figure out a problem with a new cell contact and my bill which I bought in Moorhead. The Verizon dealer by Sam’s wouldn’t help, but Sergio went above and beyond and even stayed late to help me. So, please give him an extra hour of pay if he is salaried. I have always had great help from you store and I am truly grateful for your staff as technology isn’t always my friend.

Went in last night to upgrade our phones. The staff were very helpful and even stayed 2 hours past closing due to technical issues with my upgrade. Best customer service I've received!

Today Lucas gave us the best experience ever. We swapped over to Verizon from ATandT, got a new phone, new watch, he set us all up. He stayed patient with us for four hours… set up our screen protectors for us. Helped trouble shoot. He made us laugh, answered our myriad of questions. We absolutely LOVE him! LUCAS! You are a wonderful person and natural leader and natural with people. Thanks for making coming to a phone store even pleasurable and fun. The man watched videos with us while we waited for everything to transfer over! THANK YOU! -Britni and Ethan :)

The staff at the St. Cloud, MN Verizon store at Crossroads Center provided me with excellent customer service—particularly Sergio who took on the problem I was having with my new cell phone and stuck with it until he finally had a solution for me. He could have easily given up after trying a number things unsuccessfully but kept at it even though I kept throwing more and more hurdles at him with my situation. I am not very tech savvy and I appreciated his patience with me as we worked the problem. I could tell this was challenging to him by the level of satisfaction he showed when he finally was able to make things to work and when he knew he was now going to make me a satisfied rather than frustrated customer! Nice job Verizon and Sergio!!
