Pushy salesperson, tried to sell me an Ipad twice after I continously told him I didn't want one, even sneaking the cost into my estimate. I was there to purchase new phones. completely oversold accessories, indicating they were "part of the package" which was a complete fabrication just to get me to buy more. i returned four items after I figured out there was no "package". Would have returned everything but several items were already put on my phone-no one asked if I wanted them to do so, they just started doing it. I am sure this ensured they could not be returned. Changed my phone plans under the guise of 'getting me a better plan' but didn't ask what I needed on my plan causing me to lose my hotspot during an important meeting. I spent HOURS online with Verizon in the week following Dominic's "service" just fixing what he messed up. Didn't ask questions to find out what I really needed. I recommend double checking everything you purchase here and ask about every charge.

Do not take any deals they offer to get you on the home internet. It's all lies. Just ask the female manager here who lied and then made me call and talk to the fraud department and what do you know this store was wrong.

I walked into the store and was immediately greeted and matched to Tony, he got right to business, and asked all the important questions, he got me a great deal on a new phone and reviewed my plan and got me some more good deals, better bang for my buck. He worked super quickly and was excellent at explaining everything. Was a pleasure working with him and his team!
