These workers took my child’s information knowing there isn’t a doctor on staff to dilate their eyes. Instead of calling, they let me travel all the way there to say they can’t help me. He apologized at the end but the apology is meaningless. I know my child isn’t the first kid they’ve helped. Terrible.

Wow I don't think I've ever had a worse experience getting an eye exam. I went because my insurance said it was VSP plus or whatever. So I was 8 minutes late because I didn't realize they had moved into the mall. My first impression by a member was, well good thing you had 2 minutes before we marked it as a cancellation. "Really Dude? So sorry I couldn't figure out where the heck you were" This person was very condescending and rude and just odd.
The exam part of it was fine. But when I was done I wasn't given any kind of next steps or what would happen. I heard something about a sample something or other but that was it. I was told my prescription was in the packet and it wasn't. Now I'm trying to order contacts through VSP and can't even get a copy of a prescription and can't talk to anyone at the facility. Needless to say I will be going back to Shopko where I can see a real doctor and know exactly what's happening when I leave.

Employee stayed late to help me. Did not rush me, and wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Great customer service and fair pricing.

The staff were all friendly!! The Dr. took interest in asking if I had any concerns and took the time to answer all my questions. I usually order frames online cause of the time it takes some time to decide on frames but had changed my mind quickly when I saw some of the stylish frames the Vision Center has. Also, the staff made it comfortable for me to take my time to decide which frame I decided on. I highly recommend the Visionworks at the Crossroad’s Mall.

Both Tim and the LT were absolutely great!!! Both were very personable and efficient...a rare find these days anywhere! I highly recommend this site to anyone in the St. Cloud and surrounding area.
