Lazy losers that can't even answer their phone. Just close the pharmacy if you can't do your job. Should be ashamed of how worthless they are. Maybe a class action lawsuit is necessary when sick children can't get their meds. It's not that hard, they're just lazy.Edit: for anyone actually needing their meds, southway pharmacy across from the southway bowling alley inside the centracare clinic actually answers their phone immediately, no holds, and fills the prescription super fast. Call them, go there. Completely different experience. Walgreens should be ashamed. Huge middle finger to you losers from myself and my sick child !

POOR MANAGEMENT, ROTTEN CUSTOMER SERVICE! Checking out at Walgreens, the eye drops rang up for $30. I thought they were $20.00. Cashier said "no its $30." Point blank & repeated this no matter what. I didn't see any for $30, and I would not pay for it. -Later one rang up for $22. With no other customers the cashier didn't offer to see for herself and sternly said, "This will take a while since I need a manager to total this out and start over. I said I was waiting on a prescription. Cashier said "Don't blame me! It's not my fault!" I said there is no need to get defensive. Cashier said, "I am not defensive", and added more about blaming as she went to get a manager. The Manager came up and asked what the problem was. I calmly said the above of what the Cashier said to me. By then there were other customers. The Manager very loudly said "Now! Now! Just CALM Down!", while looking at me said "Take a couple of deep breaths! All is fine!" I was calm, and embarrassed. The cashier finished the transaction and held my purchased bag straight out in front of her, waited for me to grab it while glaring at me with a somber face. I waited for her to say Thank you. Barely moving her lip Cashier finally squeaked out a very soft, "Have a good night;". I said "You too." Cashier said "Geez, why did you have to glare at me like that? You didn't have to stare at me so long." I replied "I believe you were staring at me." Cashier just said more snotty accusations at me as I walked away. I found the Manager and calmly said that I thought her response to the incident was not right. I felt blamed instead of addressing the cashier's poor behavior. I said, "Now she's very inappropriate again." The Manager snapped at me and said "_xxxx__ is not inappropriate she did nothing wrong!" and just repeated this same argument when I said, "Oh yes she is. She's very inappropriate." I said, "Accusing me of glaring at her is very inappropriate." The Manager argued repeatedly, "She was not inappropriate! She did nothing wrong!" I said yes she was inappropriate and walked away feeling worse for having said anything at all. Later I tried to look at the cashier's hidden name-tag. Cashier mimicked me and very snottily sang her name out, with the manager standing right there. Manager said nothing. On the other hand the Pharmacy was great, polite, busy and cordial!

Seems to be a pretty dysfunctional pharmacy. Poor communication across all modes (i.e., in person, on the phone, automated systems). I have wasted hours trying to get my prescription filled here and as a result of my experience here I'm looking forward to transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

When waiting in the drive thru line, it's feels like forever. Like if someone's items are not ready, ask them to come back later or drive around and get back in line. It's not fair to those who know items are ready.

Walgreens Pharmacy has been and continues to be my 1st choice to fill prescriptions. Having 24/7 availability has been a valuable asset to the community, especially with the pandemic causing early closing times elsewhere. In a diverse environment & to date, I have never encounteted any type of negatively from other customers or employees. In fact, complete opposite.A welcoming “Hello”, helpful suggestions, money saving tips and friendly conversation are experiences that have me repeatedly coming back to Walgreens Pharmacy on W Division St in St. Cloud.I will continue to recommend this pharmacy.Lastly, a special ‘shout out’ to the Pharmacist, Ryan! His seemingly genuine concern & kind nature are rare gems in today’s world. I’m grateful to have crossed paths. He has reminded me, on numerous occasions, that there are still good people in place. It has been contagious, making me do better when & where I can. Thanks, Ryan.Well,And...he ain’t half bad to look at, with them baby blues an all!????♀️????

Horrible horrible place to fill your perception. They’re so mean. You wait forever inside and the outside drive up. Then they have the nerve to be mean to you because they haven’t filled your prescription in the 45 minute wait that you had till you got to the window.I have never had to wait so long for a prescription to be filled. They have such an important job to serve the sick in their community and they can’t even get the job done. It’s like they don’t understand people rely on them..So sad.The lady in the drive through with the short black hair… stop being rude to people.

After having to wait and stand for 80 minutes I had to leave, I was in physical agony, plus not seeing them wipe anything, the sick picking up meds and people testing, excited kids, short handed I felt I was exposing myself to a dangerous environment. I do not spend 60 minutes anywhere outside home. I was hoping to regain a little “freedom with protection”.

Nobody communicates. Waited for about 4 weeks for a refill then was told my ins didn't cover it. This after driving 30 mins. Different girl ran my ins the next day and it went right through. Basically after waiting so long it made me stop the med cold turkey, got sick from the withdrawal from it and then it was ready. Won't be back.
