Maybe the slowest bank I’ve ever been in, sitting for an hour and not a single word from a banker or update on how long a wait. It’s a normal work day. Avoid. Update: well over an hour at this point, nearing 1.5 hr for basic banker availability.

It took 25 minutes just to cash a check. Definitely looking at switching banks as this happens way too often here. Worst drive through ever!!

I've been to this bank twice recently. Both times a terrible experience. Both times a sizeable wait. This last time I just wanted to exchange $50 of foreign currency. Since I didn't have any kind of account with them they told me no.. they can't help me. Thanks a lot. Wells Fargo.

I had been banking at this bank for nine years with excellent history. I went there to get a home loan and they offered me the amount of a new Escalade. Went to two other banks afterwards and both offered me three and a half times the amount. The other two banks told me they can’t see any reason why the offer was so low. Very disappointed I done business nine years with this.

I tried to deposit money into the ATM at this wells fargo and it jammed when i put under 20 items. I have now had to file a claim because they are not putting the money into my account which could take up to 10 days. The people at the bank were supposed to take and recount the money and deposit it. I have tried calling the branch about 10 times and no answer every time. why even have a phone? I am probably not getting that money back. DO NOT BANK WITH WELLS FARGO.

The manager here is a perfect example of why MN is viewed the way it is by the rest of the country. I went to deposit a check, and because I wasn’t in a suite with gray hair the manager decided to do additional holds on my funds even though he electronically verified the funds from another large national bank. I never had this issue with Bank of America, and knowing that it was not a system generated hold (because I managed a bank) tells me that he authorized the additional hold based on my appearance. I’m pretty sure this falls under discrimination. My account has never had any fraudulent activity, I receive monthly direct deposits, I deposit multiple checks per month, I own six other businesses, and this is how they act towards me because I don’t look like a typical St. Cloud, MN white male with money.
