I recently had repairs ( struts, shocks, ball joint, wheel alignment) completed at Williams Auto and was very impressed with the overall experience. Pricing was fair and transparent throughout the entire process, clearly explaining the needed repairs and associated costs. The work was completed within the timeline provided, and they even offered a courtesy loaner car for the day, which made things much more convenient.
Their communication was professional and straightforward, with absolutely no pressure to purchase unnecessary services — something that’s becoming increasingly rare. It’s clear that the current Google rating accurately reflects the quality and integrity of their work.
Based on my experience, Williams Auto will be my go-to mechanic for all of our vehicle needs moving forward. Highly recommended.

Literally the best mechanic shop, ever. I would never want to go to another shop ever again. Trustworthy and honest! They don't try to cheat you or lie to you about what your car needs. All the workers are great and fun people.

Had some used tires put on my vehicle. I changed my own rotors and brakes and had them double check my work while they were changing tires and they looked everything over and got it where it should have been. They were very helpful in explaining how to do it better next time. Very pleased!!

I took my vehicle to William’s after having it in a different shop for over a week with no answers or diagnosis. A colleague of mine referred me to William’s, and I wish I could have called them much sooner. They took the time to answer my endless questions, give me quotes, and keep me updated on every step of service. They were able to diagnose and fix my vehicle in about two days. I cannot recommend them enough. I’ll be back, but hopefully not soon(: Thank you to the whole team for helping me get back on the road!

Reliable shop and highly recommend. Friendly people and I appreciate how they give explanations and visual aids for what they checked on during a routine service. Also nice to get a free custom Williams Auto air freshener that smells great :)
