Terrible experience over the last 5 months. I paid off a phone to get transferred on AT&T. And then what I wanted to pour the line out they said I still owed money on this line that I bought out to get changed onto AT&T. Now I poured it out 4 of my lines, and they’re holding one of my lines captive until I pay the remaining balance on for the upcoming month. Yet I ported tried to pour out all my lines over 14 days ago. I’ve spoken to the loyalty department. I’ve also spoken with financial department and I’ve also spoken with one other department that’s supposed to help with customer service at all of the were extremely adamant about not helping

The gut was very knowledgeable and very polite. He understood what I was trying to say although I didn't quite understand what I was sayin myself and was multitasking the entire time and never let me feel like I was waiting long had many customers and was with everything and everyone in good times when it took longer I was notified and able to glance at options. Very good I believe his name was Malcolm he was really good and was workin alone so he handled himself well with the amount of customers with only him there alone. Great guy and great patience he showed.

Came in talking about cereal, and kool-aid. Most down to earth location I’ve ever been to. Made me feel very comfortable. 10/10 would recommend and visit again!!!

The associate Bam was AMAZING! He helped me off my family's wireless plan and into my own account and plan. He didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want or need and was super professional the whole time. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He told me that I'm always welcome to come into the store if I need anything more or if I have issues or questions. 5 stars for Bam

This is an affiliate store that is not required to be transparent with you, go to Maple Grove or else you’ll go there anyways to straighten out all the mistakes that this store made. Now I’m trying to undo paying full price for an iPad that he told me was under a deal given the circumstances but is not.
