My wife got into a minor accident and sustained some bumper damage. I initially reached out to Caliber Collision as they are a few blocks from my home and I was hoping to have her car repaired quickly and without hassle. I called Caliber and was connected to a national call center who couldnt answer any of my questions and routed my call to the local shop... that never answered. I tried calling them 3 times - same thing each time. I then checked some reviews online to read a number of horror stories about people who had minor bumper damage and were waiting weeks to received their repaired car.
I did a quick Google search and found Auto Collision Repair and Refinishing who is also nearby. They were the only shop that had extended hours rather than M-F 9-5. I called them up and brought the car in a few days later. They took deposit, ordered the bumper, painted it and called me back when it was ready for installation. We dropped off the car on Thursday around 5pm and it was ready at 12pm the next day. The quality of work was great, as was the price.
Mikhail, the owner, was friendly, communicative; and easy to work with. They they even washed the car and vacuumed the interior prior to our picking it up. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for quality work at a great price with NO hassle. 5 Stars!

They had the best price for the work I needed. They saved me money by offering to buy the side mirror I needed from auto salvage and painting it to match my car before installing. Work was done within a week of my stopping by for a quote. Before you get any body work done, give this shop a call first.

This place deserved every good review it has and more! They did an awesome job fixing my smashed door, window, and mirror. They did their best to give me fair prices especially when insurance was trying to do the opposite. Mike was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I took it in and was worried they wouldn't get it done in time. I called to clarify a few times what needed to be done over the week it was in. I was not disappointed! Took my car in to get a bumper replaced and Mike was able to give me an estimate that same day and set an appointment the following week. The work was done perfectly and looked brand new after being replaced. It was all done in a timely manor and an affordable price!
