“Fast and efficient. I went for an exterior and interior wash and was out within 30 minutes. Given that my car had its own ecosystem beforehand (toddlers, man), I was pleased.
Note- this is not interior detailing, it’s a wipe down and vacuum. It’s not going to be unbelievably, good as new clean. But, it was just as good as if I cleaned it, in a quarter of the time. Service was great!”

“Josh is so professional and did an insanely good job on my vehicle. I have a honda civic and his price was the cheapest, by far best option in the cities area! He was able to get all the water stains out of my seats and shampoo everything so clean it got rid of the BO odor it had from my ex using it (sorry gotta love it lol). Seriously everything I wanted, my vehicle is back to normal and smells brand new! I was a little hesitant to pay in full up front but his amazing reviews sold me so I had to come on here and add another one! Will only be using The Josh Wash for any future vehicle needs!”

In those 20 years I have yet to receive anything less than excellent service, excellent results, and a feeling of always being appreciated. Their prices are fair and they will always go out of their way to make sure you are beyond satisfied with their work. Scheduling was easy and they give you a curtesy car. Only took a couple of days to have my car back.
The only reason I give them a 4 out of 5 is because I had a really frustrating customer service experience between them and my car dealership.
I purchased their full paint protection wrap through the dealer which was rather expensive. When I got the car to P&L we discovered that a good portion on the front had already been wrapped by the previous owner.
At first I was told they could remove it and apply their product which I was fine with. But then later I was informed that they couldn’t. Since they were only able to partially wrap the car I was/should have been entitled to some level of “discount”.
Getting this figured out was an absolute headache. Both my dealer and P&L said they were working together to figure it out but when I asked for updates, they each pointed the figures at each other which was super frustrating.
After 4 months of this, many phone calls and trips to both locations, I finally received my “discount” which was about $300 off a $2,000 package…. Given they weren’t able to do around 40% of what was included in the package, this didn’t feel fair or right to me but at that point I was too frustrated to do any more about it.
Again the product is really good and much of the service issue I had was due to an odd situation and on the dealer as much as it was P&L which is why I still give them 4 stars.
My advice to P&L. you and my dealer touted your relationship and how you were going to take care of me when I purchased the car. Your owner was even visiting dealership at the time and helped sell me on the “titanium wrap package”. But then with this odd situation, instead of working together to find a reasonable solution, you made it my problem to figure out and we’re both pointing fingers at each other. It felt like i was dealing with two children and it really ruined my experience of working with both of you. I don’t know if I will use either one of you with my next vehicle purchase as a result.”
“This place is so worth the money, if not more. They do such a high quality deep clean of your car faster than you can take a dump. Super nice waiting area (and bathrooms). Best for winter too with how dry they get your car, no frozen doors!”

James generously took a lot of time explaining the process to me on the phone before we even met. I really appreciated that. No other company I contacted was willing to spend that kind of time!

“CCC repaired an entire left side on my Ram 1500 in 2019. This summer I noticed the wheel well on the rear drivers side was rusting. They stood behind their Lifetime Warranty and replaced the entire left box side at no cost. This is how you get and maintain customers. 10 out of 10 and any referrals I can offer.”

The car needed a quick turn around so it could go on a trip, and he worked with me and took it right before the holiday weekend. Truly, it looked like it came off the showroom floor, it didn't smell of Mildew and somehow he got between the seats, you would never know what bad shape it was in before. I had plan to take my new vehicle go there for not all service just inside the seats clean. But if they mess with me take my money and not done the job. I would have call 911 on them. it will be a big issue for them. if i give you a money that mean i want my vehicle to be clean. because that money is not coming from sky like rain. i fall sweat for that money work hard for that money. But if you take that from me with not job done then it will be very tough for them.”
