“Bruce and his team are outstanding! I won't buy a battery anywhere else! I recently had an issue with my car, actually it was an ongoing problem with the computer that persisted for almost four years. Every year, under warranty, they replaced my battery without any questions. My most recent visit, I was in the middle of deeply investigating the problem. Bruce was very helpful, communicating with my service technician and getting to the bottom of the issue. I recommend Interstate Batteries to everyone.”

“Thank you, Cooper, for helping me purchase a new car battery and installing it in my vehicle. I know that O’Reilly doesn’t do much auto work but it goes a long way when the staff are willing to help out their customers. It pays to be kind to others. I did have to go back to retrieve a receipt to make sure I could locate my warranty if needed in the future- but a staff member helped print it for me, so that’s good. Thank you.”

“I found the battery I needed. Said on the web site it was a fit. I called to confirm. When I arrived these said “this is the closest fit we have, it should work”. It was up to me to take it or leave it. I had the old battery and knew it was close to the same size however given it’s for a motorcycle I knew I didn’t have much cushion for error. I brought it home and fortunately it does fit.”

“I called here ahead to see if they had my car's battery in stock and Adam was very helpful in findingbthe cirrect battery and letting me know that they do install for my style jeep. So I came here thinking I needed a new car battery. When I arrived Noah went above and WELL beyond what I expected. I told him what was going on and he helped me figure out that based on the age and type of my battery as well as the issue I was having that the battery probably wasn't my issue. He tested multiple things for me and was super informative. Noah and Adam have earned my business for every battery need I may have going forward for sure!”
