The staff (APM, PM, Maintenance staff, custodial staff) all are Amazing! Professional, courteous, respectful, and always do their best to be supportive. If I could, I would absolutely stay here forever!! To anyone new, this is the best location, it is clean and pet-friendly! Highly recommend it!!

The amenities here are top notch. Great pool area, supper nice deck outside of the sixth floor lounge, a great kitchen in the party room (we had Thanksgiving there!). Inside the apartment, the windows and high ceilings are beautiful, and again, great kitchen. The staff is endlessly helpful and professional. Maintenance gets to service requests promptly, leaves notes and never fails to clean up after themselves. The management team, Zach and Luis are never to busy to help residents and provide great customer service. The property has wine nights, great food trucks, and occasional resident donut mornings. There are a lot of nice properties in the West End, but it's the staff that really makes this one special. Garage parking is also available at a very reasonable monthly rate, a real bonus. If you are looking for a great place to live, you've found it, welcome home!

Had the pleasure of living in Central Park West Apartments, and can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. The apartments themselves are modern, well-designed, and equipped with the latest smart home technologies, making everyday living both convenient and luxurious.
What truly sets this place apart is the management team. They are incredibly professional and always available to address any concerns. Every request made was handled promptly and with the utmost care, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable.
If you're looking for a place that combines style, comfort, and top-notch service, I’d definitely recommend CPW Apartments. It's a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a premium living experience.

It’s been tough to live here with all the noise. I’ve had issues with the neighbor and their barking dog that constantly would bark at all hours of the day. It states in the lease that barking from dogs are not allowed, or the animal has to be removed from the property but the complex from this experience doesn’t seem to enforce their own rules. I sent them videos as evidence of the barking and had them listen to it outside the residences place but still they said “there is only so much we can do” This wasn’t just your regular minimal barking, it was constant and on a daily basis. The hot tub has been closed the whole year because of a crack in the concrete. Also there has been theft numerous times in the parking garages (we are very close to the cities) . The gym is very small and if you have an apartment facing the pool be prepared to see cops come late at night to kick people out for noise and curfew. You can hear everything from your neighbors conversations to their doors shutting. It is an apartment so it’s to be expected.. but I was just surprised it was as bad as it was. They keep the complex well kept for the most part, they have had issues of pipes leaking in the ceilings on the floors. There would always be missing ceiling tiles and fans blowing in the hallways. Not worth the expensive rent in my opinion hopefully your experience is better. Maintenance was good and responsive. I bought out of my lease early to move to somewhere more enjoyable to get a good nights rest. You may have better luck than me.

Updating this post over 2 years later. I've finally moved out of this nightmare apartment. Due to lack of care and oversight, the pool on the second level of the building flooded into my first level apartment again. This happened the night of July 3rd. An emergency maintenance man came and put a fan in my flooded bathroom and I heard nothing after that. On the morning of July 5th, I woke up to multiple maintenance men in my bedroom. I was given NO notice of entry until after the men entered my home. This was not an emergency entry as the flooding incident had taken place over 24 hours prior. This was absolutely traumatizing and I received no apologies for this. Management is currently run by men and I have a feeling that one of the reasons they don't respect or take me seriously is because I'm a woman. Very patronizing in the way I'm talked down to, when they even respond to me. I received infrequent, vague communication regarding the necessary construction project that needed to happen due to extensive water damage from this flooding. I had to ask the same questions multiple times regarding time frames for the project, when people would be in my home, and what compensation for me would be considering the amount of electricity used in my apartment by contractors and industrial drying equipment, not to mention the stress put on me. This all happened while I was on disability from work and no accommodations were offered to me. I was given the contact information for someone from upper management and my emails went unanswered from them. This company will not see you as a human person. They could not care less about you. Management insisted the apartment was "livable" during the time of construction, yet I was told I needed to clear out 2 of the rooms for the project. The industrial dryers generated a lot of noise and heat and the smell coming from the wet carpet reeked up the apartment. The fact they considered this livable is a joke, they would never have a new prospective resident tour an apartment in that condition. The project has been over for almost 2 weeks now. It was over before I moved out. At key turn in, I had to ask for the nth time what my compensation would be and I got a dodgy "unapproved" response and after receiving my electricity bill for the month during construction, they are absolutely scamming me and I'm having to pay out of my own pocket for their construction project necessary due to flooding caused by them. They gave me insight on how they came to the conclusion of how I would be compensated. This has been the worst living experience. They advertise it as luxury but this building has flooded so many different times, 6 times personally affecting me during my 2.5 year stay, I am willing to bet there are serious structural issues and mold issues. STAY AWAY. Go to any of the other apartments around there, there are so many.

Maintenance at Central Park West does a great job. They come in fast, do it right the first time, clean up after themselves and leave a note that it was done. Perfect. The manager, Zach is also great. Friendly, efficient, solves issues promptly. A friend also recently gave the new leasing staff high marks, appreciating her polite demeanor and professional appearance.Inside, you have high ceilings, huge windows, great units. The pool is one of the nicest in the area, with hotel style outdoor cabanas. Superior fitness facilities and the beautiful top floor deck of the lounge complete the picture. It’s like a glam hotel meets a lovely apartment community.I’ve been so spoiled by this place, even nice hotels don’t compare.

Can't say enough good thing about the property! The area itself, the building, amenities, and staff are all fantastic! Susan, Katelyn, and Hope are amazing on staff and have always been more than happy to help out with anything I've needed! Can't recommend the place enough!

Rude leasing staff. I walked in and she told me she can't help me because I should look online, she said that everything is online nowadays. I won't be coming back because of her.
