CVS, a popular pharmacy and retail chain, offers a mixed experience for its customers. The store is generally clean and well-stocked, with a friendly staff, but there are some notable downsides. The pharmacy services are often praised, with the staff described as incredibly kind and helpful. However, there have been issues with insurance coverage and incorrect information being entered, leading to frustration for some customers. The parking situation can be challenging, with limited spots that can be far away from the store. The photo center has also received criticism for poor-quality printing and mix-ups with orders. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression of CVS is positive, with the store being described as a good, convenient option. The recent remodel has also made the store even more appealing, with a great selection and deals on various products. In summary, CVS provides a generally satisfactory experience, with a clean, well-stocked environment and friendly staff, but customers should be aware of potential issues with insurance coverage, parking, and the photo center.
Good store, good service, but BEWARE if you are using your health insurance benefit card. CVS did not honor their sale price when I used my Healthy Benefits card. Very disappointing!

Upsettingly poor service at Health Hub and Minute Clinic. I get that you have to work with what you got, but come on.
