I was first and the only person on a Sunday, been already waiting for them to open for some time with pneumonia. They said 20-30min to just mix one medication in an empty store!! The pharmacist was on the phone for 20 min and then it took him 1 min to grab my medication! He doesn’t want to be rushed , he decided to do phone calls first, 20-30 min to fill medication is his procedure and he DOES NOT CARE about a person in front of him!!

The Nurse Practitioner/Doctor was fantastic. Reviewed health history and listened to additional concerns. Also, took the time to verify my insurer (5 stars). The MA/nurse who checked me in should receive a 1 star. She was so incredibly rude. Almost berating asking why I checked a service for a C-19 booster on the virtual pre-questionnaire if I thought I had COVID- which I did not think I had. I had self diagnosed pneumonia (maybe) and a negative covid test (I'm not a medical provider !). She also incorrectly entered my insurance # and then reported that I had no coverage, despite me showing her the insurers real time app that showed all my coverages that were current. She was so annoyed that she missed her own error. I paid it anyhow. The Dr. was kind of enough to peruse the app coverages and determined the # had been typed wrong.

Good store, good service, but BEWARE if you are using your health insurance benefit card. CVS did not honor their sale price when I used my Healthy Benefits card. Very disappointing!

Zero staffing! Congratulations CVS! You finally solved the problem of paying people money to work for you and just gain pure profits off customers doing the work! I bet those profits are amazing! Now, figure how to keep increasing those profits without the staff scapegoat.

i don’t understand what the point of appointments are for the minute clinic…i waited for a half hour after my scheduled time before they could see me. i’ve never felt more unsafe or uncomfortable in an office before. overpriced and rude.

The store is clean and well-stocked. The staff are also kind. The downsides are the parking and the photo center. The parking can be a real challenge, and while there are usually spots, they can get pretty far away. The photos are also not worth ordering. Poor quality printing, and I received two other orders along with my own.

Not sure why this CVS has such poor reviews? It’s in a nice area and the parking, though busy, is never without many open spots.My experience, which is mainly with the pharmacy, has always been positive and professional. Sometimes the line is a 10 minute wait but more often there is no line or maybe one person ahead of me. Even calling, I generally get through to a person with little hassle.

Both the pharmacist and the physician at the Minute Clinic seem to have an inability to be kind. Both interactions with these people were highly unpleasant. I was given a condescending, impatient attitude. Both people snapping at me for asking simple questions for clarification. They need to get over themselves. If you don’t like your job and hate people, simply find another one.
