Well?! In just checking my account and found this ppl charge me for 2 drivers when that toll me not going to do it, because they rent me a car it’s not on the optimal conditions! And they never toll me going to charge extra things and end it pay more for that! I’m not happy with this! The guy try to help me with the rent toll me take with the mechanic they work so they can fix it?! Reallly ? Don’t used this location !

Scheduled my rental online. Pick-up was quick and very straightforward. Staff got me out the door in my rental vehicle within 10-15 mins. But drop-off was also quick and efficient. Break down of my bill was thoroughly explained and there were no hidden fees/ expenses. Thanks to the team for the great experience. Will come back again.

Amazing & efficient service. Definitely will use the SLP’s Enterprise again. Definitely recommend to friends & family.
The people there care about the customer more than they care about making the rent. We liked that a lot!

I was surprised at how expensive it is to rent a car for a month! I thought that the Enterprise dealership was very friendly and patient with me. I wanted to rent a small car that could handle a Minnesota snow storm and not be a truck. I found one! Not very small… a VW Tiguan. Great handling and turbo charged.
I considered about 5 cars total.
And the snow storm with 3 to 6 inches is coming! Forecasted for tomorrow.

Customer service representative was horrible! Had a reservation, but it did not include the claim
Number. My son was set up with all the necessary information about the claim and because it was closing time she rushed him out the door. She offered no help. He should’ve had a car to drive, but had to uber him back home. I guess we’ll have to try a different location tomorrow. What a horrible experience for the both of us. 👎
