I should write my entire experience out here but this establishment Isnt even worth that much of my time. Customer service is horrible, Management is lazy and doesn't care to run their business adequately. The icing on the cake of this horrendous service was my vehicle started making a ticking noise after being serviced by them and they tried to tell me a constant ticking noise was excess sticker label that needed to be "road down" for it to stop. Hands down worst automotive service experience I have ever had.

Tried making an appointment for 11/29 in the AM. Was not available so we rescheduled it for 11/30 @ 3pm. I show up and inform the individual behind the desk that I was there for my 3pm appointment. The guy tells me that he has no one available in the back and I ask if its not possible to do the service and he proceeds to give me slight attitude and says the same thing. I've been loyal with this specific firestone location for years and its the first time this has happened to me. Never recieved a call to inform me of the lack of employees, nothing. Wasted my time so I went across the street to Take 5 Oil Change. Was needing an oil change and tire rotation, so I'll have to deal with the tires at a later date.

Updating with a more recent experience:
I scheduled an alignment with them, took my truck in, and upon getting it back, the alignment was worse than when I dropped it off. They didn’t provide the alignment report, which should have been a sign. They also said I needed a new battery and a tire had a bulge and needed to be replaced. I brought it back, and they actually performed the alignment and provided the report. I asked them to identify the bulge, and they couldn’t. A year later and my battery is still fine and there’s no issue with my tires. I would avoid working with this place.
I purchased a set of tires from them at a great price. They installed them and got it done, no problem.
I later scheduled an appointment with them for an alignment. I showed up a few minutes before my appointment, and then was told that they wouldn't be able to get to my car for a couple hours. They didn't say that they were running behind and actually said that they book multiple appointments for the same time slot even though they only have one alignment rack. When I asked what the point of setting an appointment was, I just got a shrug of an answer. I'm certainly not the most important person in the world, but I don't have four hours to waste. I was very frustrated to have wasted my time.

This place deserves 0 stars!!! I’m normally not one to leave reviews, but people truly need to be aware of the scams this business is doing. I came here to get my valve cover gasket repaired- not even a year later it was cracked due to being twisted on too tight. Robert told me he would honor my warranty, but not without charging me for other repairs. Mind you, those “other” repairs are failures that occurred due to the valve cover gasket being installed improperly. They try to take advantage of women and will try to put on a “nice guy” front in hopes that you will just allow everything they’re doing. When you show that you in fact have a brain, you’re seen as an issue and they will threaten to call the police on you and try to ban you from their location. Mind you, I never made any threats or acted out… I simply asked questions regarding the part that they messed up and they weren’t expecting that. They expect customers to just be yes men. They also tried to tell me that they don’t keep notes on the work and services that they do…. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION. They are money hungry and will purposely mess with parts of your vehicle in hopes that you will return to spend more money with them.

This place sucks I have brand new tires on rims and a set of brand new rims , they won't switch the rims out for me ...... anything to try to get you to buy tires lol

Got my oil changed there in May, come July my engine starts smoking so I look under the hood and there’s visible oil in different parts of the engine. I take it to a different mechanic and they confirm that there’s nothing wrong with the engine but whoever did the oil change last (St. Louis Park Firestone) must have spilled some oil on the engine. Now my engine needs to be degreased, thanks Firestone!

The lady at the counter was very friendly. She keep me updated as the process went along. There wasn't a point where I had to ask for information about my car while they were working on it. I also like that I knew the costs up front even after needing a part the cost was then updated to me right away.

I went for a flat tire, then they said that I need new 4 tires because they can't no fix it the one with the problem they changed $36 ... so I take mi car to diferente place they fix the tire, and they told me that wasn't nothing wrong with the tire. This place its a scam .

Made a same day appointment for a flat repair. Service was quick and friendly, and all for a very fair price. Hopefully the patch does its job but I’d gladly return for another repair in the future.

The people there are great. Friendly, informative and personable. I was replacing some non-firestone tires that came on my bronco from the manufacturer and they wore out way faster than they should have for no apparent reason (less than 30,000 miles and the alignment was perfect). I'll only buy Firestone tires when I buy tires.
