We made an unusual request for an extra floral stand because a floral wreath made by a different company was delivered to the church without one. The response was prompt and helpful without hesitation. It may have been a small gesture but it meant a lot to our family during a delicate time.”
“FANTABULOUS PHONE EXPERIENCE!!!!! I just ordered flowers for my mother's 98th birthday. Frank was so considerate and thoughtful and caring. When I told him she was in Memory Care he said he would make the arrangement very fragrant because he had read that fragrance is a very powerful mental stimulant and would bring her pleasure. Then he asked if the number I had given him was a cell phone. When I said, "Yes", he said he would text me a picture of the arrangement. Wasn't that just exquisite of him to offer?!?!?!? When arranging for a delivery date, Frank said their pricing structure doesn't include add-ons like "expedited delivery charge", and I could have it delivered today if I liked. I grew up in Minnesota, but now live out of state. I had always just called that "purple" florist that starts with a "B" because I was familiar with them. NEVER again. “An overall EXCELLENT experience. I placed an order online and forgot to put who it was from (rookie mistake!). I called and staff were able to locate my order quickly and fix it for me. “Fast - Friendly - Beautiful arrangements.We ended up at this shop because it was close by our office, a friend's Grandfather had passed away and we wanted to get them a bouquet of flowers. We walked in and were greeted right away, we weren't sure what we wanted, so the lady helping us pulled up their site to show us some options and was very patient while we made our decision. She had this beautiful display of purple flowers done in minutes and was very friendly. I would recommend you check them out!”

“We ordered flowers from here for our wedding—one bridal bouquet and a handful of boutonnières and corsages for our family. They were easy and professional to work with beforehand. While we did not have a set color palette for our wedding, we wanted to lean into a broad autumnal aesthetic, so they chose a stunning array of burgundy, pink, green, orange, white, and red flowers. Lush is truly the only word to describe it—it was giving Shrek's swamp but in the best way. Thank you guys!!”

“I ordered two bouquets for an event and gave them a rough idea of what I wanted - a wildflower vibe, purples and pinks, and snapdragons (if possible). The bouquets were beautiful! They were also so kind and lent me a second vase when I couldn't find my second one at home. I really appreciated that they didn't charge me to borrow the vase, and that they trust their clientele to return borrowed items. The shop is also quite cute and fun to peruse. You might have to wait a little bit if they are helping another customer, but it is well worth it.Photo of the bouquets (once home) attached.”

Basically they called to see if we were around as the flowers would have been ruined because of the outside temperature. So on the second attempt which was now Valentine’s Day, I had given them the wrong address. They went above and beyond to clear up what was clearly a mistake on my part to assure my wife received her flowers!”

“I have not ordered flowers in years. I went to their site and selected a very nice bunch of red and white roses for my wife on our 32nd anniversary. When they arrived my daughter sent me a picture. I must say I was very disappointed. It appeared to be half the size I expected! I called and spoke to Sean. He kept saying I should wait and look at them when I got home since he personally made the arrangement. He then agreed to pick them up if I insisted. After a couple minutes, I called back and told him I would wait. I'm sure happy I did. He was right! The arrangement is beautiful. I'm sure glad I listened and even happier I ordered from Artistic Floral.”

“Yes & No: The Customers are very friendly there & The Cub Employees are very nice & they know where their products are in the aisles! I always know where everything is in that store! ?❤ I used to love My Old Cub Store when I used to live down the street from there but, I moved away! But, I was there at this store last week & I noticed the old floors & I didn't like what I saw & I felt that store isn't as nice as I like it when I shopped a long time ago! I asked 1 of the employees if this store is going to be remodeled like the other stores & she didn't know! I told her that some stores have Caramel Corn in the new remodeled stores or something like that! Overall-This store is very dingy & has dirty old floors w/cracks in it! I feel that I won't be coming back-sorry! But, I felt kinda sad that this Nathan Lane Cub isn't like I remembered! Are they going to remodel this Cub Foods-God-I hope so!! It's not bright in this store & I don't feel happy here anymore! ?”
